The breakfast was very good. The waiter at the gate was very nice. He opened the door and helped with the luggage. He was very friendly. It seems to be close to Lakeside as well. I heard there are a lot of tourists there.

came here with family for a summer vacation in nepal, and stayed at pokhara grande for two nights. i must say they have amazing service and food it the best of all. Guests have access to all sorts of facilities like gymnasium, swimming pool, spa, etc. If you ever come to Nepal, you must stay here :))

The hotel is really nice with good ambience. The staff is really nice and helpful, services offered by all of them are really nice. The staff is quick in responses and very active. Even the food and drinks were nice. The rooms were clean and well designed.

An excellent service. The property was amazing with big spacious rooms and garden. The front area with rabbits were great place for the children. Easy to reach all the laces The staffs were super friendly and supportive. Must recommended place for your stay at Pokhara

Great service, very nice people and amazing food No ventilation in the gym though. Great location, very close to lake and main road. Lovely and well mannered staff and 24 hour room service. Very adjusting and accommodating people who make you feel great

The room and the facilities present in the hotel were very good. Even the service staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great but it was a little oily. Even though I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to everyone, I was disappointed with the gym experience. There was no ventilation in the gym room and many of the equipments were not functioning properly. Other than this, everything else was up to the mark.

Very warm staff. Excellent food. Special mention to Ms Mita as she made us feel very warm and comfortable at each meal. Special mention for Mr Dev who did all the running with us to make Father’s Day special. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

Good place to stay. We good staff and always smiling. Good food, big area for the hotel. They also have a rabbit garden with cute rabbits. Good bar. Good rooms and nice beds and pillows. Good outdoor area. Good transport area good place should visit.
