Whose warm friendly hotel was a great experience. The staff were helpful and always polite Food was very good and the overall pricing very reasonable. Limited to 1 towel in the room was a drawback as were the poor supplies of toiletries. The room itself was clean and nicely kept.

Awesome room ..Food is good and room size was pretty enough . And particularly Receptionist Shyam and Swetha are very kind and helpful throughout my check in and check out process . Appreciated. Shyam is very kind and always in smile while checking in and I m the customer who frequently visits the place.

Among the hotels I have stayed in Chennai Hotel Hales is the best for me in terms of accommodation and luxury for everyone considering the cost and not only that but the front desk staff are very kind and caring and welcoming Swetha ,Vijayalakshmi , Priya and Thirumoorthi sir all are very responsible and respected person's kind and listen to all our needs I am OMR in Chennai. I have stayed in big big hotels like holiday in and ips in road my personal preference when staying there my expenses are high and food is not good but here food and hospitality is good and it is within our cost so i recommend if anyone is thinking to stay in OMR road hotel hales My best wishes to Hotel Hales and its staff and owner for a wonderful stay By Ashokkumar and My Family

I had a comfortable stay with Halez the front office staffs are very polite and friendly I would like to mention those names Ms. Priya, Ms viji, Ms swetha food was really amazing affordable we enjoyed swimming pool we I'll recommend this place to our friends

It was good experience,and breakfast was good. I recommend try dosa. Staff is good and polite behaviour.Rooms are clean and gym and pool obviously good in the summer. I recommend if you are around shollingunur go with halez. You get better experience on visit to Chennai.

Really spacious and we enjoyed.well maintained and clean.food was too good.buffet has many options.food was amazing.very good hospitality.staffs are good and polite staff vijayalakshmi,priya,saravanan thank u halez Good luck team.
