房間位置很棒，可以看海，温泉也不錯，汽車下來就到了，早餐一般，來泡温泉老年人居多，性價比比較高，遊客人很少。

先給我們一間四層的房間，樓下就是温泉設備有點吵，前台的女士不會英語，用翻譯器跟我溝通，不厭其煩的帶我們看看其他房間，儘量達到我們滿意。温泉也很好，門口還有冰水喝。窗外海景也特別好，剛剛好看到白濱海灘

全海景房，大堂有幼兒休憩設施。館內有温泉，設施還算周全。房間清掃的水平有待提高。房間夠大，風景夠好，設施略舊。

酒店坐落於國人很喜歡的seamore對面，離崎之湯好近，seamore面海的房間都能看到崎之湯的海邊湯池，所以泡海邊池的時候小心走光。可想而知本酒店離崎之湯是好近的，巴士站也在隔壁，但不好的是此酒店坐落於小山坡上，出入要爬坡落坡，拿住大行李就辛苦咯，又無免費的車站接送車，而且無中文服務，而且前台的英文也不好，要藉助翻譯軟件，所以我無碰見國人入住，好少。不像對面的seamore這麼多國人追捧。就因為在山坡上，風景視野絕對好，全部海景房，公共區域可能裝修過，浴池，酒吧都挺新，但房間就舊了些，房間有雙床和榻榻米，陽台正對海面，下面就是崎之湯的指示牌。圖一就是酒店和崎之湯的位置關係，白色樓就是酒店本體，在山坡上。圖二是陽台景色，全部房間都可以看到此景色。行去海灘也不遠，我清晨早起溜達過去大概15分鐘，吹着海風不熱很舒服，建議清晨穿着沙灘鞋，走去海邊踏踏浪，看看海鷗，回來7點崎之湯就開門了。

明光bus坐到新湯崎站下來，抬頭就能看到。來前比較擔心別的點評説的“有段坡大行李箱比較吃力”，其實還好，坡不長也不陡，完全可以接受。
入住時間是4點，不到點前台沒人的，我把行李箱一扔就出去玩了，到點回來登記。前台是外國人，口音有點重，服務態度沒得挑。我住的是日式房間，頂燈開不來，聯繫了前台幫忙，很快就來了。頂燈的開關在電視機櫃上！不是在牆上！真的好難找。
加分點：公交方便、離崎之湯近、海景很漂亮
減分點：布團要自己鋪、温泉酒店但不提供浴衣（衹有一條毛巾）
整體挺好，但是和價位不匹配，性價比不高。當初選擇這家，是因為想要“海景+榻榻米+温泉”的酒店，衹有這家符合（還有一家更便宜，但沒有獨立衞生間），住完覺得不如加錢享受更優質的服務，或者放棄其中一項找便宜的。
