過站住這家酒店，地下就差點出事，電梯正常打開準備上自動關門，差點夾住人！早餐更氣人，沒到點基本啥也沒有了，我孩子還沒吃飯，有人在喊叫退費！我看到有面沖過去，和一羣人搶麪，一個男的還推我，氣的我要報警！！原因還在於酒店問題，不補充早餐，客人都還吃的呢！！氣人！強烈差評！！！

房間一股發黴的味道！環境陳舊，房間空調等於沒開，直接凌晨退房了！不會再住，也不會推薦大家住！酒店沒有星級酒店可言！完全和價格不符！真不是錢的問題！凌晨退房也沒有索要賠償，很平靜的就退了！

雖然入住時服務員提醒有噪音，但是沒想到噪音極大，卡拉ok凌晨一點結束，但後面仍然有人在唱歌放音樂，就好像歌廳沒有隔音一樣。這種房間根本不應該拿來銷售，而不是以提醒過有噪音來搪塞。

裝修設想是高檔酒店，但很多細做的二星級至三星級水平，特別是窗還用塑鋼窗，漏風，暖氣也不舒服，布草看起來很臟，十年八年沒換一樣。價格也不便宜，大廳和電梯衞生真差，早餐品種太小，都是冷的，豆漿和紅薯還不熟，今天吃了拉肚子，建議大家不要入住。

房間安排在5樓，隔音極差，10點開始，就有唱K的聲音，彷彿在你旁邊房間唱，實在睡不着了打電話問前台，説3樓有KTV，高樓層衹有標間了，折騰到12點，換到樓上標間，一晚上睡眠毀了

房間超大，床很舒服，衞生乾淨，洗髮水很不錯哦，住了那麼多酒店用得最好的洗髮水，還有我喜歡的護髮素，前台小姐姐很好哦，我家孩子沖奶粉還送了免費水，以後來石阡首選，也很推薦

地理位置優越，方便停車，旁邊就是小吃街，房間乾淨寬敞，定的不含早餐的房間，前台小姐姐很熱情，還送了兩份早餐，很有人情味，入住體驗很好，以後到石阡就住他家酒店了

趁着假期來了石阡泡温泉，看了網評最終定了該酒店，果然沒讓我失望，首先位置好找就在縣政府對面，保安小哥態度很好，前台小姐姐服務好辦理快還給我們升級了房間送了早餐，房間很大，也乾淨，床很好睡，讓我有了一個很好的睡眠，一覺睡到早上11點多鐘，錯過了早餐時間，下次來石阡必定首選他們家酒店，也很推薦大家，真的很不錯
