酒店整體都很好，尤其是前台的服務非常熱情，辦入住時有酒店自製的冰糖梨水挺好喝的，定的是影音房，大屏幕觀影效果很好，服務人員還教我怎麼使用。退房報車牌號可以免費停車還送我了質量很好的棉拖鞋。下次來石家莊還會入住這家酒店。

這個酒店很有底藴的感覺，也很藝術，富麗古樸，很多好看的油畫，前台小姐姐温柔耐心服務周到，房間面積大，最喜歡冬日中午的大落地窗，陽光灑進來很舒服，還很喜歡洗手間，空間大，最主要是處處都覺得乾淨整潔，服務到位，目前為止是我在國際莊最喜歡的酒店。

酒店地理位置不錯，去哪都方便，酒店前有停車場停車比較方便，酒店服務態度很好，禮賓小趙幫我拿行李送到房間，工作很專業，點外賣還有機器人送，房間也挺乾淨的很大氣，走到哪都是名人字畫，非常有特點一級棒👍🏻

位置不錯，在市中心去哪裡都很方便，出門就是公交站，還有地鐵，距離河北省博物館很近，房間的衞生也不錯，前台服務態度很好，早餐很豐富，是自助形式，各種吃的基本都有，這是一次非常滿意的旅行

地理位置還不錯，離河北博物院不遠。給的房間説是升級了零壓房，但是樓下在蓋房，早上吵。五星級的客房服務還是有待提升的，兩位女服務人員藉著送東西還進到房內還是第一次碰到。

小冰箱聲音大和前台反應後服務員馬上來給關掉了

早餐還可以中西餐自助
就是洗澡的花灑用大花灑水有點小，用小花灑衹適合坐在浴缸裏，不太方便。
一次性的沐浴露洗髮水護髮素還挺好用，我拿走了
