The staff was really nice, check in was quick but when we got to our room their was an odor and I can’t tell you what it was but their was a residue and stains on the lamp shades, wall and pictures. When we told the gentleman he said he would clean but then offered us another room that still needed cleaned so we had to get to why we were in town. But we were so turned off from the first room we made other arrangements. So unfortunately can’t tell you what the second room was like.

Pool out of order. Room needs some attention but they discounted it $30 from what hotels told me without me even asking because they said they were in the process of remodeling. So that was great. Room clean. Bed so so. Could use new pillows. Bathroom walls need cleaning. Close to everything. Quiet and safe.

Very old motel. Room smelled and was very small. It was OK just to sleep for a night. Pool permanently closed until it can be replaced with one that is up to code. Nice owner.

Just save yourself the trouble, and don’t stay here! The motel is in disrepair, the pool was green and closed, and there was a truck up on blocks with parts, sitting all around it when we pulled in. For obvious reasons we did not stay, but of course we were charged.

A big disappoin**ent—we had stayed here a couple of years ago and we were so pleased with this old, renovated ma and pa motel. Not so this stay. Apparently, sold last year and is now declining badly: pool was empty with chipped edges, fountain not working, rooms clean but no longer sporting the luxurious bedding and bath supplies. Really can not recommend except for the low price.

Tusar was friendly and welcoming during check-in. Although it was after 10:00 p.m., he happily came to the office to help me quickly. The room was clean, comfortable, nicely appointed, and somewhat retro. The wall heater worked great to keep me warm. The shower was awesome, and the bed was comfortable. This was a great stay in a nicely maintained retro motel.

Property is older, but they have tried to add features to update it as much as you can with an older building. Our stay was quiet. Room was clean!
