Hotels with bar in Shepparton

We stayed here 1 night in July. We were greeted by a very welcoming lady who advised us that we had an upgrade, which was very much appreciated. The room was fantastic. It was clean, well kept, all facilities worked and the attention to detail was commendable. It had a beautiful view of the lake and the rooms were very quiet. The bed was comfortable and a choice of pillows. We had off street parking and it was well lit. Great service and wonderful professional attitude. Great job.

The girl on the front desk is about as cold as our breakfast was. Was greeted with barely a look & hello, took my $420 for the night and handed me the key. Was told there is parking ‘over through there’ and walk through the glass doors, that was as far as the instructions went. We were out at 4.30 so I called to ask what time breakfast needed to be ordered by, I was told it needed to be in by 4.45, I was nowhere near the hotel so I asked if she could lodge the order for me, she declined and reluctantly told me I could pop it under the door at reception. Breakfast came, cold, and with onion in the breakfast roll which was not on the breakfast order sheet, my request for bacon was also ignored. When the call came through to process my card for breakfast, after paying I gave the feedback that breakfast was cold and that the breakfast burger had onion on it which we can’t eat, I was told that if I scanned the QR code in the room I would have seen that it has onion on it, really unhelpful unless the breakfast slip actually tells you to scan the QR code in the room to get a detailed description of the egg and bacon burger to see if it has anything other than bacon and egg on it. And would actually be more helpful if you could scan a QR code and order breakfast through that instead of having to walk all the way to reception to drop off a piece of paper to order food in 2023. Other than that, room was clean, bed was not overly comfortable but was fine for the night. I’ve not spent a night in Shepparton where the local hoons don’t do burnouts until the early hours of the morning, and this night was no exception. Rooms at the front allow a lot of that noise to filter through so be aware of that. I would stay again but no on a long weekend where they charge a premium but don’t provide the usual services, there was no dinner room service even the info book said there is 7 days a week. Reception closed at 5.

The hotel is about 3 kilometers from Shepparton Shopping Centre. There is free parking. Australia's breakfast, lunch and dinner are getting used to Chinese people. No extra beds, the hotel is on the side of the road, and the roar of the car in the middle of the night is very loud. There is a game hall in the hotel (it seems to be a gambling class). The hotel has only two floors, surrounded by a yard, and the parking lot is in the middle. The hotel restaurant is still very clean, I have stayed for two days, and the diners are still quite a lot.

Our company rents rooms for employees in the best hotels! The Shepparton Golf Club Motel has a very fast check-in. There are no problems with parking here :) Not far from this motel, I found shops, restaurants, gas stations and more.

Stayed overnight in Shepparton at this lovely hotel. Beautiful room exceptionally clean. Park your car right at the door. The room was modern, quiet with a King Size bed, large bathroom, kitchenette and very spacious.There is a mini bar and the prices were very reasonable. The reviews are spot on. We would recommend and stay here again. Dinner suggestion by David was also great.

Not good. Traveling through Shepparton Victoria and apparently there was a big soccer tournament on in town. So we paid $160.00, was $170.00 but hay he knocked off $10.00. It was a family room that’s all they had left after a cancellation. All others were taken so we took it after traveling from Adelaide that day. We had to eat so we went up town. Came back and put our stuff in the room & there’s a month a big one in the window Then there was a big fly buzzing around. The smoke alarm kept going peep,peep. And being a family room there was only 1 towel. Pity that poor family if they had of come. No soap. And there’s a bird in the bricks over the shower going ballistic. No wasn’t worth $170.00 at all. I don’t mind paying that, but not for this place. If ever your like us and traveling through and there’s nothing left only Overlander Hotel Motel either go back to the town before or continue on to the next place. Because I would not recommend this place.

A great location , not far from the town and other sights. Room comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful when needed. Was great having the restaurant/bistro within walking distance, and they have entertainment on certain nights. Food was lovely, average price, so not over the top - which was great. The swimming pool was a great relief for the hot days we had there. The spa was in need of a good clean. Overall it was good value and we had a great stay.
