Situated at the CBD of SZ, The Ritz Carlton provided us with a remarkable memory for our celebration for anniversary & happy birthday. Special thanks go to professional staff including Annie Fu, Erick Lu, Kylie, Molly, Mark, Jimmy, Mandy, Fiona, ... etc,,who took care of our stay. The cheerful day started from the “birthday cakes rain” in WeChat from Annie😄 Facilitated by her, the room was upgraded to a spacious room with interior celebration decoration as well as the stunning view of the CBD. The room setting was comfortable and the services at the club lounge on 26/F was excellent! We love the bathtub with LED TV by the window. Through the relaxing but cool staycation, we enjoyed 5 meals at the Club lounge on and a buffet breakfast on 2/F. We got great time too at the pool, sauna, & gym room, and surprisingly got a tasting cocktail at the lobby at 6-7pm. Erick was also another one key person of our amazing customer experience 😊 He is decent, humble, presentable, and friendly. The overall customer experience / journey of this stay was fab! It would be great if the hotel put more effort on general dining food taste & hygiene standard (especially the buffet restaurant Flavorz on 2/F), as well as upgrading the architecture maintainence (especially the lobby lounge ONYX on 1/F and partially in the room) which is generally ageing. Could also consider if replacing the traditional toilets as the advanced auto e-toilets in the washroom of the room. We like the staff services most and would definitely revisit again!

One of the highlights of my stay was the room upgrade arranged by Jossce. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The attention to detail was impressive, with everything I needed conveniently located. One feature that stood out was the large double bathtub next to the window. It was an absolute delight to soak in the tub after a long day, and the view of the city's stunning night skyline added to the relaxing ambiance. The hotel lobby area was always crowded and noisy. Further, the breakfast quality was poor and the selection of food was limited considered the hotel is a 5-star hotel. I will not choose this hotel for my future visit.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Although it’s bit old, everything was well maintained and the room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk Simon Feng was also very helpful. A very pleasant guy who helped to arrange my golf clubs to be sent the golf resort in Dongguan. Thank you.

The rooms are very dated and spacious, but smells like smoke, bed sheets looks ok. The 2 highlight of the hotel is the hotel front desk is very helpful and the location is very convenient, a lot of food options and shops in the area. The hotel is on top of a subway station, the hotel elevator bottom level is subway.

No complaint at all, reasonable price with excellent service. Location makes exploring Dongmen laoji within walking distance. Subway exit F is just a few steps from the Service apartment. The only drawback was no elevator going up 3 set of steps at the exit to street level making carrying luggage a challenge. The gymnasium on level 9 was well equipped. We will consider staying at the CM+ again.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Shenzhen train station, which takes less than 8 mins walk through the underpass. Was happy to have the room upgraded to 22nd floor. The room view was spectacular with the border of HK and the City of Shenzhen, including the railway track consisting of high speed rail train and slow train. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices to pick from. Was actually thrilled to receive the spa voucher of 88 but alas, it was a disappointment as the service was poor. I came at 10pm, after changing my booking. The person in charge, just came hurriedly and spoke to me in Chinese( whereby my Chinese language was not so good as I am still a beginne) quickly and left me all alone by myself. As the massage room was in another area, where you need to step out from changing room, I was waiting for 10 mins to get a changing gown as I was only given a towel and disposable underwear. I went looking around for the attendant and found most of them in the front of entrance and none in the room, attending or checking on me. I just left without doing the massage. I report this to the hotel manager the next day, as I tried calling the guest service center and operator a couple of times after the incidentto give them feedback but nobody picks up the phone!
