It is very close to a sbway station (XiLi) and even closer to a bus stop that comes straight from ShenzhenBei. All around it there are bars, restaurants, convenience stores, even clothes shops. The coffee shop at the ground floor was great for a morning coffee.
There is no breakfast, but the neighborhood provides everything. There was only one young man that spoke English, but the communication was easy with an app. The room was small, but had everything. I couldn't figure out how to use the projector though; everything was in Chinese. Also, there was no handsoap at the washbasin. All the other amenities were provided.
The room had no view; I could only see inside the window of a restaurant, which made me have the curtains closed at all times. The price was very low and it was worth the money. I would stay there again.

There is a huge projection screen, which is great for watching movies and chasing variety shows! There is also coffee on the first floor of the front desk!

As soon as you enter the room, you can notice that there is a thick layer of ash on the air conditioner outlet of the room! A lot of dust can easily cause respiratory infections! Very little attention was paid to the sanitation of the room. I contacted the little brother at the front desk, and he came to help clean up with a good attitude. But the sanitation in other parts of the room is really impossible. The faucet is dusty, and the glass is also dusty, which is unclean and unsanitary to the naked eye.
And there are unknown mosquitoes in the room. This photo was taken 48 years later after being bitten by a mosquito. It was so itchy that I had to buy ointment to rub it!
