People are visiting you. There is no privacy at all. The room is extremely small. It doesn’t even have basic mineral water, bath towels or disposable shower caps. As soon as 12 noon, the front desk will bombard you with calls to check out. If you don’t refund, they will charge you an additional room fee. , provided I didn’t check in until 9pm. The sound insulation effect is extremely poor. 床單特別潮，一共開了兩個房間，一個一樓一個二樓，一樓蚊子很多而且房頂有黴跡，房間有一股淡淡的黴味，床單也很潮，根本沒辦法睡，而且，有蚊子！！！二樓房間雖説房頂沒有黴跡，但是床單也特別潮，床單都是特別潮，我也不知道是不是海邊都這樣，但是你應該要解決這個問題啊，床單和被子都是潮的，根本睡不着。而且，旁邊有人一直在洗碗，然後還有摔碗的那種聲音，大概持續了一個小時，特別特別吵。總而言之，不推薦，一分錢一分貨，雖然我衹住了這一個楊梅坑的民宿，但是差的我覺得有點離譜了

洗手枱在床邊，隨便一用地上就好濕，房間發黴

床墊特別柔軟，睡起來很舒服，房間可以直麪看到海景爽死了衹能説是我住的最好的一家民宿服務態度特別不錯

房間不大，海景是隔了一天馬路的，樓下小賣部也是賣東西超級貴的，空調漏水，及時幫我處理了，這邊房子定了就不能取消的那種！早上五點就被隔壁房間出來坐船還是幹嘛的吵醒！床太軟，枕頭太大，唯一好的就是樓頂可以曬衣服

這個價格稍微有點貴其他還好300多一個單間空間太小就兩個床很擠不舒服要是預訂親子房的這種不推薦#早餐沒有早餐都是自理的#位置交通交通還是比較便利就在海灘附近#服務服務一般般#衞生還行吧説的過去
