Clean and nice place, well-equiped & spacious. The location is very convenient. The roads are very wide, which is very convenient when we travel with luggage(s).

The apartment was a little old and not well maintained but clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, centre of Hi-Tech Park. Easy access to public transport and in the city centre of Shenzhen.

The check in counter is hard to find, but the apartment is near and tidy. Location is great!

Thought this would be a better location than it was, but that's my fault. Was very difficult to locate when though because there are many little hotels in the same block. There are also many residents so you have to deal with babies crying and families cooking and cleaning in the open air corridors. It was fine for a night and offered interesting city views atop an up and coming neighborhood. Good price and plenty of space.

The room is clean and consistent with the description. It is very close to Window of the World and Folk Culture Village. It is very convenient. There are food and convenience stores downstairs. They are still open on New Year's Eve. It is convenient. Takeaways can be delivered directly to the door. Beautiful. There is also a kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, balcony, and most importantly, the price is right. I spent 5 days during the Chinese New Year and it was great. Shenzhen is a comfortable city and this hotel is good. Worth evaluating.
