Century Plaza Hotel

Good location with subway station next door and good food street nearby, comfortable bed, clean room, well maintained facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Enjoy my stay here. Had the fridge been working, it would have been perfect.

Location of this road lots of food and massage shops, security is good, I must be say atmosphere with old classic hotel , room is clean despite flooring is carpet base . Walking distance to Loo fu train station.

Best service in Shenzhen. Excellent location near two metro lines.

Hotel is too warm no AC just fan, housekeeping staff couldn’t speak English but tried best to help and find way to assist. While the guy at the front gate also helped with our query to safari park and greeted us the next day if we enjoyed our trip. Overall the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffest is ok have many choices.

Convenient location surrounds by shopping mall, restaurants, metro station and massage shops. Room is clean n staffs are polite n friendly. Check in process is efficient.

It was good to stayed, location and service are fine, cleanness and also reception staff are very polite.

Everytime I come to Shenzhen for business, I stay at Century Plaza. It's very convenient and I have good memories here.

The location of this hotel is excellent, which is very close to Guomao Metro Station and Renmin South Metro Station. A lot of restaurants, shopping mall and massage parlours are in the vicinity of the hotel. As I have mentioned that the hotel has renovated and the interior is much brighter now, the lobby and inside the room are much brighter now. There are some minor drawbacks of this hotel. Inside the room, the walls are too thin, at night and in the morning I could hear next door's guest speaking. Also in the room, the television set is too small. It would be better if the hotel can provide bigger television. After I checked out from the hotel, in the lobby I needed to tidy my backpack (to put my wallet and a small bag into the backpack). At the lobby 2 female staff came up to me, pretended that they wanted to offer help and tried to rushed me out of the hotel lobby. These 2 female staff are so impolite. I turned them down and of course I did not need their help at all. Could they just leave me alone to tidy my backpack without interferring with me. The Human Resource or Hotel Personnel need to teach these staff basic courtesy. After the hotel earn money from the hotel guests, please do not rush them out. There is limited supply of Shower Gel and Shampoo, with this price (HK$733 for 2 nights ) I am paying, I gather that there should be an abundance supply of Shower Gel and Shampoo.

It's nice stay always in century plaza. Its a long time since 10 years I haven't changed the hotel. This is my favourite location and place to live in Shenzhen
