房間衞生乾淨整潔，老闆人很好，有問必答，樓下有KTV免費唱，去桔釣沙楊梅坑必住，出門有公交站，交通便利，

這個地段還不錯，在東山碼頭，到東山碼頭看海200米，衹是不能下海，房間可以自己做飯，樓下一百米有菜場，可以買菜，早上有早餐賣，腸粉6元，包子兩元，去楊梅坑的的話可以在民宿旁邊的藍貓小屋租電動摩託去，這樣不堵車，價格平時價格很划算。也可以到樓下公交站坐公交去楊梅坑也很方便。到楊梅坑做快艇平日價30元來回。接駁車5元一人
民宿的小哥哥也很nice，借我們工具趕海，我們在東山碼頭挖到了很多小螃蟹
美中不足的就是我們的套房廚房沒有抽油煙機，炒菜有點煙，要是下次再裝上就完美了。

名宿位置很好找，就在路邊上，交通便利，樓下就有公交站，樓下也有海鮮餐館，五一出遊，老闆免費給我們升了帶陽台的大房間，很寬敞，舒適度較好。

房間的環境很OK，老闆有根據我的需求，幫我安排在一樓的房間，太感謝老闆了，老闆很熱情，一樓門口有很大的活動空間，晚上可以燒烤唱K，我們自帶了工具過去燒烤，衞生也很好，下午3:00多才到店，但是進到房間空調已經是開好的，很涼爽，老闆還是很貼心的，下次過來玩還是你家，帶坐輪椅的老媽去，最後老闆看我孝順還送了我一張停車券。大愛，老闆格局大#衞生到位的很#服務非常到位

民宿很不錯，老闆娘和店內的工作人員人都非常好，環境很舒適，房間比較乾淨，衞生間很大，一樓可以燒烤可以唱K，非常適合團建或者大家庭的聚會，唯一一點隔音效果不好，一點多了兩個小男孩在樓梯裏打鬧聲音很響，不過反饋後很快就安靜下來了。

還不錯，房間挺乾淨，店主人也很好，就是蟲子太多了，太多了，類似臭蟲那麼大，非常嚇人，還有好多蜜蜂，都好大，屋子裡都是，酒店走廊裏地上也是，這點非常不好！本人也很怕蟲，就不上圖了
