In CBD, great location close to exhibition centre and coco park. The hotel is a little old but the staff are friendly and helpful.

Compared to other Vienna chain hotels, this one is a little old. But it's walking distance to Central Walk and Coco Park, close to a metro station, and has convenience stores nearby.

It's quite old.
There's a terrible smell as soon as you enter the door. You can't use the air conditioner at all.
The plug on the bedside table is out of power.
It's very noisy at night. Whether it's the sound of my own air conditioner or the soundproofing, it's not like other rooms. The noise of washing is very loud.
I never get all the toiletries every day. There's either no towel, no comb, or no soap. I want to ask, since you don't give me new combs and towels, why do you collect the ones I used?
It's a very bad experience anyway.
