Location is very close to Metro station. Overall cleanliness needs improvement. Breakfast is terrible. Not worth at all.

地點是在居民樓，房子應該是以前蛋殼公寓改造過的，每個房間有密碼鎖，套房裡別的房間有住男生，共用一個衞生間，公共區域每天有人打掃。
對了，洗衣機是掃碼付費的那種，這可能是深圳特色吧？
這套房子平時住的人不多，我住的期間這個房間衹有我一個人。房間有一個兩面窗的角落，那裡有桌椅、光線很好，感覺非常棒，美中不足的是那個角落WiFi沒有信號。
總的來説挺適合中長期或者不定期住的，相比旅行社，這裏更像是在租房住的感覺。
PS: 我剛到深圳時訂過另一家評價很好、離深圳東站更近的青旅，結果那個老闆巨坑，最後平台客服介入，給我退單退款了。希望其他人別遭遇跟我同樣的事情。對比下來就覺得這家老闆真不錯！

環境和服務都可以，交通也便利。唯一不滿的就是，房間的隔音很差。門外走廊的聲音，隔壁房間的聲音都能聽得很清楚！

住進去第一天的女服務員態度真的差，房間給開好了就玩手機也不通知一下，問了才説已經好了，再問其他的一臉不耐煩。
第二天續住兩天，結果發現門禁刷電梯用不了，在系統裏面申請的續住，難道服務員都看不到？
第三天回來，結果卡又刷不了電梯和房門，本來都很累了，下去找了客服，告知那個磁壞了，什麼玩意，影響體驗感。
建議女服務員要加強培訓，提升服務態度，好歹也是連鎖酒店。
