This is the first time I give a bad review. The hygiene level is poor. The shower water is not hot enough. There is a bathtub but the surrounding area is wet. The toilet is untidy and dusty. There is no cold water dripping from the shower. The air conditioner is temporary. There is a problem with the remote control. The TV is... I couldn't get it, so I called the staff to do it, but they didn't bother to ask me to do it. I called downstairs but couldn't get through it. I got another card and asked for a deposit. The surrounding area was wet and I didn't pass. Such a bad hotel, I won’t go there again next time

I called for a work stoppage three times but nothing happened. The employee said that it was not our hotel but the restaurant on the second floor that was being renovated, which was right opposite my room. There is no notice at the hotel that there is any noise due to renovations. It was Sunday and it was impossible for me to rest in the hotel.
