房子挺好的，周邊環境也非常不錯，在大棚中心，吃飯，坐車，都很方便。
價格也不貴，衞生挺乾淨的，總體還不錯吧性價比很高。

設施老化嚴重，管理挺細，實際沒有自己的停車場，如有停車需要，前台帶去周邊廣場的免費停車場，門前門頭在改造中

衞生整體還可以 面積也是挺大的不算特別擁擠行動方便，床頭兩邊都有牀頭櫃，整體風格比較暗木質傢俱裝飾 房間在靠近電梯門口稍微有點噪音
