Just because the location is perfect, I stayed for three nights in total. The beautiful and handsome man at the front desk provided excellent service. There were many types of breakfast. The room was very clean. The room with street view was big enough. Sitting in front of the floor-to-ceiling window and looking at the middle street in a daze was the most enjoyable moment during the trip!

The room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid. 1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take. 2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts. 3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time. 4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon. 5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.

I booked a room many days in advance and still got a room at the elevator entrance. I don’t like that the rooms also have smoking rooms. This is my first time staying at Hampton by Hilton in Shenyang. I personally think it is very good. The staff are warm and courteous and have good service attitude. The hotel is clean and well-equipped. The rooms are uniquely decorated, neat and elegant, and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk, Ququ and Ruirui, are very considerate and professional. The room was upgraded for free, and the children were given baby hand cream as a gift, which was great🌹!

I liked this hotel because it locats in the centre of the city, subway station is a few minutes walk. It is so convenient to get around in the city. The room size is ok, and the carpets are a bit of worn-out. I liked the swimming pool, it made my stay a lot better and no bath in the bathroom was not relevant anymore.

Good reviews Shenyang Phoenix Hotel is really great! The sanitation is impeccable, the rooms are neat and clean, and the public areas are spotless. We booked this hotel as we were attending a wedding in a venue not too far from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean with all modern amenities. The buffet breakfast was well stocked but did run out of food quite fast so if you weren’t early there wasn’t much left by 9:30. All in all it was a good place to stay at an affordable price.
