公寓式的酒店，自己入住自己退房，樓層高，地方也方便。桌子有灰，電腦鍵盤鼠標都是油油的。房間裏有股煙味或者黴味，消不掉。

天天出差住酒店，第一次給差評，親身經歷，有圖為證，已通過攜程投訴，希望平台嚴肅處理。
1、酒店很差，在公寓裏自己改的房子，沒有前台，從辦理入住到退房沒見到一個工作人員，都是電話開密碼鎖，微信登記入住訊息，微信交了200元按金。
2、服務人員態度很差，辱罵顧客，開始説必須12點退房，要加60塊錢才能延到兩點，我同意了加錢。兩點時已經收拾，兩點十五微信告知退房。商家又説又超時了，如果不攜程寫好評，又要扣錢。經過微信交涉後，商家直接説給我臉了，辱罵我，並且微信拉黑我。拒絕開發票、水單，200元按金不退款。
3、截止評價時，攜程尚未有最後處理結果，請廣大住客擦亮眼睛，請攜程跟進處理結果，解決發票、按金事宜，謝謝。

本來定了2天 結果 非常好又續訂了兩天 老闆人非常好 屋子新裝修的 乾淨整潔 收拾衞生的大姐非常和藹 沒事就要給我收拾屋子 老闆還送了飲料水 我都不好意思啦 下次再來就住這裏了 樓下是萬達 還有小夜市 對於吃貨的我非常喜歡 主要是備品非常好 👍 天天打遊戲太開心了🥳。

差評！幾點提醒，第一，訂了房就不能退！有正當理由協商了也不行！（心太黑）😡第二，智能密碼鎖開不了門，反覆設定調了幾次都不行，很影響使用心情！第三，配套一般，拖鞋薄的不能再薄，牙膏刷了不如不刷，不清楚自己服務情況還跑過來要好評。哪來的好評？
