酒店距離新安江山水畫廊景區有五六百米，所謂的山景房幾乎看不到山景，江景房就更不可能了，到達酒店要通過一個農貿市場，酒店的菜價比較貴，口味一般化，房間的設施和裝修也還行吧，有電視機跟沒電視機一樣，唯一比較豪橫的是民宿裏面安裝了一部電梯，一共五層樓，其實衹要周邊環境有山有水，有沒有電梯，那心裏的感覺是不一樣的。
