One of the best and greatest resorts and hotels I've been to! will definitely recommend!! If you are looking for an amazing getaway and luxurious stay this is the place to go! All the staff are lovely especially Mr Wael Mahmoud he was amazing and made our stay exceptional. He is so helpful and his number 1 priority is to make the guest happy! make sure to ask for him at the reception. The food was amazing with a wide range of variety and the breakfast was delicious! There is many things to see and do at the hotel and it caters for all types of guest whether you are a couple, family ect! Prices are also great and definitely worth it. The views from the hotel are also amazing and beautiful scenery, you can enjoy looking at the nile while having breakfast or dinner Overall it's an amazing experience and I will 100% sure be coming back for all our holiday stays 😊

Our flight was delayed so put up here… After coming here from a well known 5* hotel. Wow…. I give it 2 at the very best, it’s like egypts Benidorm. Food minimum selection. Very 70’s feel about the place. Whilst eating food we could look out to entertainment. One guy singing along to many songs - whilst skipping tracks from his phone. Not very 5* - bars surrounding the area - an Irish bar that was empty - probably due to this being payable. Then what I can only describe as a smoking room - wooden panels - leather seats, carpet that’s been there years & a thick cloud of smoke that leaves you leaving smelling like dot cottons ashtray! I can’t quite understand the concept of the place or even why it’s been rated 5* The rooms - very 70’s mahogany everywhere - a big bath that looks like it’s been there decades and a good old smell of musk (damp) I would be royally not happy if I payed 5* prices to stay in this 2* hotel - oh yes and you have to pay for Wi-Fi!!

Hello everyone. I spent a vacation with my 5-year-old child in November 2023. Generally, we enjoyed it. The hotel has a large, clean territory, several pools, one of which has 2 slides. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to assist with information about the surroundings. Room upgrades are possible on-site. The rooms were always clean. The hotel is a 2-dollar taxi ride through the NaamaBay app and a 4-dollar ride to the Old Market. The hotel territory is quiet and cozy. The food is rated 4 in terms of variety and taste. There is an air-conditioned dining hall and a summer terrace. The terrace also has a stage where animators and invited artists perform shows in the evenings. Every day from 7:30 to 8:00, there's a children's disco, occasionally there are some puppet shows, as well as performances by singers, dancers, and musicians. For those who enjoy clubbing, there's a nightly transfer to a different nightclub every evening. During the day, next to the pool, there is a children's room where animators can draw, play, dance, and make crafts with the children. There's also a bar by the pool where you can have various drinks, snacks at certain hours, and ice cream according to a schedule. In the pool area, there are also activities such as aqua aerobics, belly dancing, Olympic games, and other activities. The reef deserves special attention. In fact, there is no beach as a wooden staircase leads to the sea with two floating bridges. Sunbeds are taken early in the morning as space is limited. The sea features a magnificent reef with diverse marine life. Many tourists took advantage of the diving offer with an instructor. There's also a bar here which works according to a schedule. My child swam with an inflatable vest, and we felt comfortable. At the beginning of the floating bridge, there's a small beach area (2m x 2m) and a separated part of the sea where it's shallow and the reef hasn't started yet (2m x 3m). Mostly, kids who can't swim were swimming there. Internet: Free Wi-Fi is available only at the reception. The rooms have paid Wi-Fi, but I don't know the price as I didn't use it.

Excellent hotel. Very beautiful rooms with modern decor and art vibes. The lobby is so huge and pretty and marble. The food selection is overwhelming , so much choices of great food. The staff are extremely professional, helpful and friendly and happy. The pool snakes all the way around the resort which is a cool concept. There is a private beach/cliff area where seating areas and restaurants have been carved into the cliff it’s very cool. I stayed here for a night after my flight was cancelled and I loved it. I wish I stayed here the whole trip. If I come back to Egypt i will stay here for sure. Overall , The name of the resort matches it perfectly. It’s a jolly place to be.

Very nice hotel. Staff is very very good. Thanks a lot for Rambo, Moataz and the other staff. We felt very welcome. there was always help when needed. Warmed pool was really good. Also VIPspa was good. massage for two times was totally worth it. It was really quiet in the hotel - actually good for recharging. Also Bombo from animation was really nice. They arrange everything for a night out outside the hotel also. Room was very very big. For Egypt, sanitary was also okay. There was no rush to run to pool every morning. was plenty of space. Food was also good. enough choice. The big plus was that at the beach there was Reo to offer different excursions ( i did the diving at the hotel beach - no travel time etc) Big plus! Also prices were good. I recommend to try diving for sure!

I feel bad writing this review but in our experience, this was not a 5 star hotel. Maybe the main lobby is since it's so well-kept but the actual rooms we stayed in (two in fact) needed some renovations/repairs badly. Overall - We must've picked a VERY slow time to go b/c the hotel is incredibly empty. It felt like a ghost town and kind of depressing. Some people would love this but it honestly just made us sad and felt like the employees were just incredibly bored. Though they did try to make the best of it and some of them were super friendly with trying to sell you their services (i.e. great massage that was inexpensive). Location - This is not close to Naama Bay and you need to grab a taxi (there is no Uber available) for a 15 minute drive. We did that one day, so we can get the "beach vibes" we were hoping for. Beach - As many have said, the "beach" is non-existent. There is a wooden dock you can go on and dive into the Red Sea. Many took advantage of it for snorkeling, which did seem beautiful. Pools - This hotel has a massive amount of pools, which were almost all empty. I'm not much of a pool person, so I didn't take advantage of it. Staff - Most of the staff were surprisingly surly though once you say hello first, they will smile at you. The staff during the breakfast buffet who cleaned and maintained the seating areas were very nice, but definitely not the cooks/chefs. The housecleaning staff was also very kind. Food - On the first night, we arrived late and ordered room service (burger and pasta). Luckily it was inexpensive but not the most delicious. It was definitely fine but I wouldn't recommend room service. We only paid for the breakfast buffet and again, b/c the hotel was very empty, it seemed they only put out a small amount of food options, which was fine. I hate wasting food, so I get it. The breakfast options were fine for a continental spread of options though nothing notable. They do have someone making omelettes, so that's always a plus! Rooms - Yikes! On the first night, we were placed in a room that was very dated (i.e. think 1970s Miami vibes) and had a very old bathroom. The shower had corroded hardware and the grout was not clean looking. There was also some strands of hair. I was horrified and asked the front desk for another room. Since it was late at night, they said they could only move us the next morning. The second room, was a few doors down and was more renovated than my 70s room. The hotel renovated the shower area and we were thankful to see it was clean. However, later that day, we noticed a foul smell near the toilet and there was water leaking somewhere on the wall though we couldn't figure out how/where it came from. There was just a random puddle of smelly water. We were too tired to keep complaining and honestly, was just happy that housecleaning cleaned it up daily. If we ever go back to Sharm, this hotel would not be the place we choose to go back to. I'm sure it had its glory days but no

The food at this hotel was the best ive ever had at an all inclusive. None of the usual boring chips burgers pizza but fresh meat and ingredients. I am a really fussy eater and was full everyday! I love that there are 2 huge pools, The pool near the deluxe rooms (where we stayed) is amazing to get away from all the kids and animation team at the main pool. Theres isnt really a ‘beach’ but there is the sea and a beautiful reef that is lovely to swim around The staff were some of the nicest people i have ever met, especially the manager who we became quick friends with and even went a night out with! (in photo) The animation team take you out every night to different clubs (at an extra charge) which is great if you love to party like us Our room was absolutely huge and was so nice to have no one above or below us. Overall, the best hotel i have ever been to :) Only downside was that there were big loud renovations going on at the main pool (deffo needed since its quite run down compared to the other) but we were not warned of this before hand. The onsite nightclub was also closed for the building work

We had an incredible week at Jolie Ville Golf Resort. The hotel, pools, grounds and beach are beautiful and very nicely done. The food was really good too and the staff couldn't do enough for you... We were treated so well. We loved the a la carte restaurant aswell The hotel was very quiet (maybe 5% full) which was fine for us but sad for the hotel. The only downside for us is that the beds are very hard. They did swap us rooms and upgrade us to Royal but to be honest the bed was exactly the same mattress Lots of people like a firm bed so wouldn't be a problem, but I have hypermobility and really struggled to get comfy and my back suffered I did have a few Thai massages though... Which were incredible and sorted me right out! Brutal massage but honestly the most effective in terms of fixing pain that I've ever had! My partner played a bit of golf... It's not cheap and was also very quiet on the course. He said course was OK, could do with a bit of work. It's the only course in sharm though. We both really did love the hotel and we would love to go back, if only they had softer mattresses. Other than that it was just idyllic

This is our 3rd visit. The hotel is amazing. The pool is immaculate and clear. Memo takes care of it and the sunbeds and keeps the place in pristine condition . All the staff are very professional. Mr Ashraf and Mr Eez look after the day to day running of the hotel and makes sure guests have everything they need. The 3 restaurants serve a variety of foods the main dining room takes into account most people's needs. Mohammed looked after us very well and the bistro serves a more European food managed with expert care by Mr Hanny and his staff. The Lebanese restaurant gives you a wonderful selection of food from that region managed by Mr Farag. The rooms are luxurious and large maintained by a contentious staff .Ahmed looked after us very well and so polite. All the bar staff by the pool and in the Ascot bar were amazing and efficient .
