The service provided by the hotel was superb, everyone had a smile on their face and the facilities were excellent. Wonderful for families and children, beautiful settings and surroundings the pool was fabulous. Offers great value for money a truly memorable stay, Desi Info magazine London

Very simple amenities for a 5 star hotel. Basics like hand-wash and an iron was missing. Electrical sockets were not working. Didn't get acknowledgement or a smile from staff. In the event of a serious health and safety incident, staff reaction was underwhelming.

We stayed in the sport Nice family hotel clean and all friendly staff. Very good service especially samy &.abdo Always willing to help. Great selection of food and drink pool bar very good. Overall very good hotel 5* from us, would definitely stay here again with family

Dear friends of Corncorde Sport, We have spent 10 days in your beautiful nice hotel and have to leave today. Thank you all for your hospitality, kindness, perfect food and nice personnel The territory is beautiful, the people are very kind, many tasty things to eat and drink! Special thanks to pool barman Ibrahim whos photo we attach. He is the best barman we have ever met: very polite, carm and responsive! It seems that he loves all people around and his most important rule is to make his job properly. It's a lucky chance to meet people like Ibrahim! We wish him success, happiness and business promotion: hope one day he'll become a big boss in Concorde hotel! The other "thank you" is for the restaurant guy called Nader (his photo is also attached). He was always there when we needed him! Good luck to you, Nader! In conclusion we must say that Egypt is the best place on Earth, and we long to come back some day! Love you all! The staff at this hotel are absolutely brilliant. Special mention must go out to Ibrahim at the pool bar and the life guard Rafat who both made our holiday. I travelled alone with my daughter and Rafat was so brilliant playing games with all the kids and keeping them entertained. Ibrahim is also excellent at his job and I did not feel like a solo parent because they were both so friendly and helpful. The staff in the lobby bar were brilliant too, one who kept making animals (I don’t have his name) out of the fruit for my daughters cocktails, this guy is awesome and really deserves a special mention, absolutely outstanding service. Our hotel room was slightly shabby and needed a bit of work but honestly all that was completely overshadowed by the staff who were just absolutely brilliant. The lady on the front desk was also very helpful. Another thing worth mentioning is the close proximity to Soho Square, it really is less than a 5 min walk but they even have a shuttle bus if you don’t fancy the walk. Brilliant.

Only back .we had a lovely time staying in the concorde . Only one thing that was bad about the hotel was dinner was not that great. Breakfast, lunch great but dinner not a lot of selections. Staff were great all ways have a smile on their face, main pool was freezing, make sure to bring mozzi spray we didn't get bitin we had spray but other people got really bitin bad so spray it at night all the times don't take a chance even if you are going out to soho , talking about soho great place to go no hassle nice pubs and shops very safe. Would I go back not really I like to go to different place's enjoy
