The location is good, nearby airport and MRT. When I reached the hotel I was told that the room reserve to me is double bed, but I’ve booked twin room. The receptionist told me he managed to give me twin room non smoking. When I reached the room it totally smells like cigarettes smoke that provoke my asthma. When the housekeeping come to spray air freshener, it didn’t go away. I requested for room transfer but they say that’s the only available. No toilet amenities at all. The toilet bowl everytime I will sit it feels like it will fall as there’s gap from its attachment from the wall. Breakfast items is almost the same every day only 1-2 items will change. Receptionist are not helpful to your needs and when you ask something it’s like I owe them money when they reply. But housekeeping staff are nice and friendly

The room is very large and has bright windows. If you book for more than 600 yuan, breakfast is not included, and the front desk will have to pay an additional check-in fee of 15 yuan. The attitude of the front desk and doorman was very good. But the cleaning was not very timely. The cleaning was not done well, and the cups had to be placed one upside down and the other upside down. The area is a bit run down outside. There are small supermarkets and small restaurants where visa cards can be swiped. I wanted to extend my stay for two days, but I was told at the front desk that I couldn't do it at the front desk. Then I searched and found that it was 20 yuan cheaper if I booked online.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before and love it, not only because of its proximity to the airport, but also because of the Al Seef promenade. You have excellent restaurants close by and the stroll along the promenade at night is just amazing. Away from the fuzz and buzz!! I was a bit disapponted with the breakfast this time as in the 3 days they did not offer Humus, which is a must in Dubai. I hope the include it again!!!!

I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that your staff Kalam has provided. He have always been very attentive and helpful. His kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. I truly feel like a guest and not just a regular customer so hats of to your team. Also to mention, the other employees know that their efforts do not go unnoticed. Thank you once again for hiring such excellent staff and hope to see him and interact during my visits.

Very nice hotel for family,rooms are clean,good service and staffs are very polite and responsible, breakfast is very good have variety of delicious foods including indian cuisine.Only drawback is parking is limited so at sometimes there is no availability of parking especially at night but still would recommend to anyone!

This hotel is a true hidden gem minutes away from busy Dubai. At first you may wonder why to go to Sharjah, but the Chedi Al Bait is a destination on its own. The minute you walk in, you are being greeted by “Welcome home”, the English translation of “Al Bait”. It’s true the place felt like home as if I had arrived in my family after a long journey in the hot weather of the arabian peninsula. Here I found a calm, authentic, extremely beautiful & well kept property to rest and enjoy days of pure luxury. Because of the hot June weather I was lucky enough to be one of the few guests at the hotel. I felt like a true Sultan wandering around the maze of my property and there was not a minute I was not being pampered by the whole team. During the day, the walls of the property have a contemporary desert feeling. At night the lighting made it looked like the Palace of the Arabian Nights. I enjoyed the fact that all the doors of the property were left open for you to explore and decide to sit to contemplate or simply relax. Their library/museum was a nice surprise worth a quick tour! The suite I stayed for 3 nights was just perfect. Plenty of space, huge bath room with 5 star amenities. I loved the Acqua di Parma toiletries!! The huge bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I stayed in their “deluxe” rooms which for me felt super luxury. I can’t imagine how their higher category suites could even be better than what I had. Meals, breakfasts, drinks at their cafe were all of good quality. I highly recommend their Afternoon Tea Time which is a show on its own with all that nitrogen gas. Gym, Sauna and Steam room were all of the best quality! In short, I had at the Chedi the best time in the UAE and I could not recommend it enough to anyone who is appreciative of quality, discreet luxury and comfort! Special mention and warm thank you to the Team at the reception but also Sam at the Pool who was the kindest host ever. I was taken care like a real sheikh with always a glass of cold water, my sun bed prepared like I loved and always a few words and a smile to make my stay memorable. I don’t want to leave but I am certain I will visit again. ;) Thank you the Chedi Team 🙌🏼
