This is a very bad hotel , I had cockroaches flying in my room, no wifi (they say wifi available but then they say it’s under maintenance today) , carpet was stained with cigarette butts
Very poor staff and manager they didn’t even listen to our complaints properly..please avoid this hotel

因春節期間房價上漲，而我是1個月前的的房價，入住當天到前台辦理入住手續時説沒房間了。讓我自己申請退單後再去找其他酒店，酒店負責人當時還説。你不想想你訂房的價格是多少錢，現在是多少錢？還想以這麼低的價格在春節期間住酒店，我現在把錢退回給你。你愛去哪就去哪裡。
可見這家酒店的誠信是何等惡劣？

酒店很老舊，
衞生：差，到處多是煙灰
設施：問前台有網絡嗎，她説在修，後來看了評論，酒店網絡是沒有的，加上這個位置，中山北路，汕汾路這裏信號不好，所以基本整天無網絡狀態，上傳一個視頻要一個整晚
環境：設施太久了，漏風，空調不制暖，年初二很冷，凍醒好多次
還有幾個問題，1306套房的兩個馬桶🚽都是堵塞的，2門封夾着塑料和草紙3裏面衞生間洗臉盆碎的
千萬別去住這個酒店，我是貪便宜年初二465元入住的，潮汕地區性價比最好的套房酒店維也納，值得推薦，我住了三晚，兩個酒店，都在潮州，反正開車距離汕頭很近，方便
