The room is very dirty with smoking scent, there’s mosquitoes 🦟 in the room. The shower room is next to the toilet. After toilet, I have to jump out to the entrance door without stepping on the wet shower room. The price is too high for such room.

酒店環境一般，房間設施陳舊，與圖片反差較大，該有的設施都還算齊全，淋浴水壓較大 較行吧。酒店勝在地理位置優越，離萬象城走路10分鐘，樓下就是美食一條街，熱鬧方便。在這個沒有出租車的城市，樓下都是共享單車，出行非常方便。

價格很優惠，地點也特別好，周邊都是美式。房間挺大的，還放了沙發，配備了泡茶的茶具，果然是汕頭標配。衞生間淋浴的地方比較小。

很難想象還能住到如此之差的旅館了。大家看完我實際入住的評價如果還能接受再選擇這家吧。
1⃣️空調沒什麼冷氣，打電話叫前台上來調試了，依舊是沒有冷氣，後來換成前台自己上來調了也是沒有多少冷氣，一二十分鐘裏依舊沒有調試好，此時我已經被房間裏的熱氣熱到一身汗了。
2⃣️當我看到冷氣無望熱到提出要退房時，前台立馬説讓我等十分鐘，如果不冰在讓我退，然後跟我説要收20塊清潔費（圖片大家自己看吧，我打開房門那一刻可是啥都沒碰，那洗手池的煙灰還是前台自己打進去的（因為他抽煙），真的是又被嚇一跳，房間內啥東西我都沒有碰，還現在房間內耐心的等待了兩位工作人員陸續來調試空調（我自己熱出一身汗），問題都沒解決，你前台着急找訂房者要20塊做什麼？？？（如此熟練的討錢口吻，我很懷疑很多人想必是碰到跟我一樣的問題？？？）
3⃣️這種衞生條件和大熱天空調沒有冷氣，如果大家還能接受，那麼你們的確可以訂。
4⃣️小到一家酒店或是賓館都能是一座城市的名片，很不巧，這家賓館確實嚇到我了，它也不配成為汕頭這座城市的名片。

這個地段 這個價位 已經很好啦 畢竟樓下就是龍眼南路 網紅店一條街 交通還是很方便的 離去揭陽潮汕機場的專線起點也不遠
不知道別的房間怎麼樣 我這個廁所方面要注意 有個台階上去的 放心別被絆倒了 然後淋浴間沒有半扇那個移門的

這家酒店真心不推薦，不管是服務還是環境衞生，衹能跟招待所比。服務意識非常差，生意好了就把顧客晾在一邊，酒店寫着有提供停車位，實際上是在居民區裏，沒有固定停車位，要搶那種，酒店一百多個房間，車位最多十多個，是沒法保障的，沒有車位了就要自行解決，要自駕遊的親考慮清楚再訂。房間衞生極差，房間裏的桌面上一波客人住完外賣的油漬也沒擦，刷牙的杯子臟到不敢用，放杯子跟洗漱用具的架子估計也是從來沒擦，房間裏還打到蟑螂了。走廊上的地毯都是煙頭跟垃圾，還有一股嘔吐完的臭味，嚇**

住了好幾次 這次最不滿意 以前訂的標準雙床房在5樓 環境不好 房間也沒有枱麪 跟酒店説後她説3樓是高級的 後面就一直訂的高級的 這次來 前台就給我5樓的房卡 我問她高級雙床房不是在三樓嗎 她説5樓也有 上來一看環境真是很差 房間就一個小桌子 熱水壺都沒地方放 全放在地上 床頭中間

床單上有好幾處污漬，還有一根毛髮，198的價格至少也得把衞生做好了吧…衹住一個晚上，實在懶得折騰了，心裏確實接受困難
