酒店位於市中心繁華地段，逛街，吃飯，娛樂都挺方便的，交通方便，地理也不錯，酒店大堂很有檔次的感覺，還可以免費停車，房間也很舒適衞生，設施齊全，前台人員很熱情告訴我們好吃好喝的在哪裡，過個天橋就是網紅打卡的龍眼美食街，晚上好多好多吃的，整體還是不錯的，下次還要繼續過來這裏住

一分為二的説 這個酒店位置不錯 周圍商店小吃店飯館等挺多 晚上燈火通明的 挺熱鬧的 房間也很大 馬桶裏還放了消毒液水 但服務不好 幾百元的酒店除了送的兩瓶水外 再想多要瓶水就要掏錢買了 很不舒服 尤其是最重要的是早餐很差 30元標準的早餐菜品衹有4種小鹹菜

先説優點吧，地理位置好，房間大，客房服務人員有禮貌，餐廳服務員也有點禮貌但不多 然後説缺點 疫情前入住過多次，每一次的餐飲都讓我很滿意，品種多，味道好。這次再選擇入住該酒店也是因為之前餐飲的好印象。沒想到這一次疫情後的首次入住，餐飲被改的槽點太多。一天包多少餐都沒有用，因為吃的東西太可憐了，和以前是不能比，不值得再去。 客房服務怎麼説呢？一早出門按亮了請清理打掃的顯示，一天行程下來回房已經半夜近12點，居然沒有打掃！聯繫前台後值班經理來處理了，也不能説人家態度不好。畢竟誠懇道歉了。説是因為我的取電卡插在卡槽裏所以客服人員認為房間內有人。他們酒店默認有人是不進行打掃的。那這個請清理打掃的顯示燈亮着有什麼意義，為什麼要設定這麼一個設施呢？而且一整天都不打掃不覺得奇怪嗎？客人也沒有退房啊。還説是一整天都顯示房內有人，客房服務人員也敲過門，沒有人應，打過客房電話沒有人接，但還是選擇不開房門檢查。客人一天也沒有進，也沒有出，也沒有叫水，也沒有叫服務，你們都不擔心的嗎？萬一是有人在裏面發生意外怎麼辦？當天值班經理也就是誠懇的道歉，然後親自給我做了客房清潔，然後就沒有然後了。其他酒店如果收到如此真實的投訴，除了及時改正外，或者換房，或者有小禮品贈送，讓客人的心情能夠好一點。而該酒店啥都沒有，連礦泉水都沒有多給一支。 上個月的行程，回來後一直忙着沒有寫點評，照片就隨便給兩張。
