Elegant Hotel Reviews

Before booking a room in this “hotel” I read some reviews and all of them were positive. But frankly speaking, I don’t know why. The only advantage of this hotel is its close location to the metro station. But the great problem for me was to find it. As I was trying to do it using google map and Amap-and they didn’t help me as I had a booking for “ Elegant hotel”, but it doesn’t exist where it’s shown. You can find it only if you use the location from the booking itself. And when you come to the place- there’s no any sign of this hotel (with this name). As for the manager- she tried to help me. But if she could have warned me about this confusing address before , it would be much better ( though I asked her to send me details of checking in). As for the amenities- you have a fan, a fridge and a boiler for hot water in the shared room with other guests.

The room was spotless, and the environment was great. The owner was incredibly nice and even upgraded our room. The bed was huge! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, and it's also quite close to Mong Kok MTR station.

It was our first time to visit hongkong...and we were very budget conscious about our trip...we were worried that maybe since the room we got was inexpensive, it would be dingy but we were pleasantly surprised that it was clean and just right for a party of 9 people. The rooms were clean, has its own bathroom, you can also do your laundry in the common area. The location is just in the heart of mongkok were there was a lot of nearby restaurants, markets and train station. The only downside is that there were only two elevators working to the 16th floor. But friends commented that we had a good deal considering they book similar hostels before and was not as good as we have. Will definitely rebook if we'll go back to hong kong.

The room was very clean and had both air conditioning and a fan. The landlady was also very kind.

Not worth the pric

If you are looking for a place that respects your privacy, here is the one. Not in terms of soundproofing though. Another thing is it gives you the local vibe and brings you closer to the grassroots of the city. If you get a room with a balcony, the views can be just great. Your room of this type also comes with a private bathroom. Most importantly, mind it is for spending your night and that's more than enough.

Very good location. Along Mongkok business district. Near in everything: MTR, bus, taxi, food, 7-eleven, groceries, boutiques, department stores, and supermarkets.

The host was incredibly nice and even upgraded our room for free. The room itself was clean and tidy.

its not the sake as the chung kin mansion but not as good in regular hotel.if you are on a budget thumis place will do the location is great

Very close to Mong Kok MTR, which makes getting around super convenient. In a place like Hong Kong where space is at a premium, don't expect lavish accommodations; clean and hygienic is perfectly fine. The owner is also very nice.

The owner seemed nice. I usually arrived in the afternoon, so I asked her to arrange a room with a window, and I booked a bunk bed. The hygiene was pretty good!

The room was nice and clean and the staff is super friendly. The bed is a bit small for a tall person, but if staying there only to sleep it is a good option.

The hostess is very kind and patiently helped with all our issues. Although the room was small, it was very clean. The only downside is that the soundproofing is really poor; you could clearly hear the water running from the taps and the shower.
