Shannan Terrace Theme Hotel

I booked 2 rooms for someone in this hotel. After arriving at the hotel in the rain in the evening, I was told that the room was full. It was reported to Ctrip, but I did not receive a notice from Ctrip. Later, they stayed in a 3-person room in this hotel and paid 200 room rates after a discount. Ctrip refunded me 206. When I was about to refund the money to someone else, Ctrip deducted 350 yuan for the two rooms that I had previously booked. After the feedback was given to Ctrip, it was difficult to communicate. I didn’t let anyone explain it. I was taken a long time. Is it a Ctrip platform or a hotel?

It is not recommended to choose this hotel, although it is the closest place to Shannan Station (I chose this hotel because it is close to the station). Not ideal in all respects. The price is relatively high and the service is not in place. You need to climb the stairs on the third floor, and then you have to walk 100 meters in the corridor to the room.

真的是住過的最差的一個酒店，做不到乾淨幹嘛墊個地毯，臭死了整個屋子都是奇怪的味道，廁所臟的要死，早上起床沒電衹有一點水（廁所都沖不乾淨），給前台打電話也不接，想下去找人也害怕，沒電梯（黑咕隆咚的）

極差，根本沒住直接扣錢了，明明寫的是先住後付，打電話聯繫了也沒退，不合理

我住過最差的酒店，自己看照片吧，就這配置怎麼好意思稱自己為酒店的哦，民宿配置。

在山南找一個評價高的酒店很難，好不容易選一個較高的體驗，確實不行，無電梯，衞生間不僅衞生差而且供水又出現故意，還好衹住一晚就匆匆離開，建議旅遊的客人想遊山南市景區就住拉薩還方便些。

山南市火車站附近的一家商務酒店，走路大概十來分鐘的樣子。酒店附近最近在修路，修好了車行會更方便。酒店房間挺大的，除了衞生不咋地其它方便都還行。可能是主題酒店的原因吧，搞搞搞的衞生卻沒跟上😂大床房設施也舊了，但浴室有個大木桶可以足夠給情侶們泡澡用，衹不過早上的水不熱，晚上還行。

隔音太差了白天修路吵晚上酒吧還是什麼的放的音樂吵總之根本休息不好對睡眠質量差的人太不友好了
