We had a lovely stay here; The family room was great and the hosts were nice. It is just a short walk to the old town

Owner is thoughtful to prepare special breakfast for us who are not use to local breakfast. Also , we had local cow milk prepared by owner to warm our body and to have a good sleep. Location is good too. Overall a good choice.

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The owner is very kind and thoughtful - he wanted to accommodate Westerners and we really appreciated the thought. The breakfast was delicious (we enjoy Chinese breakfast!) and the owner put a lot of heart into his cooking. The hot shower was perfect at the end of a cold day sightseeing. The location is right near the ancient city, but still quiet enough for a good rest. We would definitely stay here again!

The boss is very nice and helped us upgrade to a starry sky room for one day. The room is clean and tidy. There are three cats and a dog on the first floor. Yuanbao and Maine Coon are very friendly! The breakfast made by the boss in the morning is better than the rice noodles we ordered for takeout! It rained and caught a cold, and the boss's wife also gave us a few packs of ginger tea and quilts, which made the experience full! Oh, and the oranges at the front desk are super sweet! Every time I go out, I have to take one on the way! When going back and forth to the homestay, the boss and the boss's wife will help call a car, and the car can be parked directly at the door of the homestay, which is super convenient! Amway Amway! The room is well divided into dry and wet areas, with an oxygen machine and floor heating. We stayed in a room on the first floor with a beautiful courtyard. The next day we had to catch an early bus to Pudacuo Forest Park, so we didn't have much time for breakfast. The proprietress was very enthusiastic and prepared breakfast for us in a very short time, and also gave us bread to take away. Five-star praise!

Parking is available at the entrance of the ancient city. We booked a room for the dogs and cats in the store. The boss is very nice. He informed us on WeChat that the floor heating pump was broken at night and provided an electric heater. I had a bowl of hot white rice porridge for breakfast with dried radish and buns. It was so comfortable. When we were having breakfast, an elderly couple who were staying next to us asked the boss how to take the bus for the tour route. The boss told them to bring oxygen cylinders as a backup. If they were not used, they would not be charged. They would be sold to the elderly couple only after they were disassembled and used. I felt very warm when I listened to it. Because of the high altitude headache and poor sleep, I temporarily canceled the second night and returned to Lijiang early. The communication with the boss was also very smooth.
