Had a wonderful Mid Autumn Festival trip to Ahn Luh Zhujiajiao, we spent most of our time in the hotel, it is so peaceful, the service is impeccable, everyone is sincere and went out of their way for us. Especially Alisa our butler, she followed up on us throughout our stay, and even on her day off to make sure we were happy. Joann from housekeeping was also great, as she made sure we had everything we need in our room. Love the sweet soup they served at 5 pm everyday 😀Definitely will come back, because of this experience will visit the other 3 Ahn Luh Resorts in China

Nice suite for a quiet & restful stay in Zhujiajiao. Close to the city & subway. Enjoyable environment. The hotel itself lacks service for a 5 star hotel: few space for breakfast - don’t come before 9h30 am, no room service besides the room service list, no real restaurant - for food, take kuaidi, no convenience store. Difficult to manage communication in English. Ambient temperature was 13.5 deg C in the room when we arrived ; managed to bring it to normal indoor temperature on the 2nd day. Extra bed was an old convertible sofa. Our daughter slept on the floor which was more comfortable. Overall ok but not up to the level for such hotel type.

Really comfortable stay. Room was clean and well equipped (added perk of a bathtub :) ). It had a small balcony with a nice view. Breakfast had a huge spread of Chinese and Western options and was awesome. A special word of praise for the maintenance staff who helped with retrieving a charging wire (which I'd dropped behind the TV unit). Overall, great experience. Highly recommend this place.

Every element lent to the peaceful escape and my wife and I thought that for the sub 1000 pricing it was great value. Our visit to the Hotspring facilities was very pleasant and a welcome soak for tired bones. Zhujiajiao is much more pleasant when the hoards of tourists are gone so enjoyed the pleasant strolls through the lanes after being refreshed in the hot water and coming “home” to our clean and comfortable room was a joy. Breakfast was fine - but loved the room it was served in even more - a nice long low table with peaceful views to the outside garden. This place is great.
