Dazhong International Conference Hotel

She Shan, Songjiang University Town
The overall feeling is not bad, the environment is very quiet, there is a self-service vending machine in the lobby, good.
The Yuluxe Sheshan, Shanghai, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
4.8/57419 Reviews
She Shan, Songjiang University Town
The service was always on point and the staff is very friendly and willing to assist. The location is perfect and it's easy to move around. The shopping mall is not far. If you don't have a car you can easily use a Didi and it'll take you wherever you wish to go. The room was spacious and very clean. The only downside is that we didn't have a lot of food options during breakfast, as we're vegans. Most food items had meat, sea food or eggs. Hopefully I'll find more food options without meat, seafood or eggs, as I'll be coming back in the near future.
99inn Selected (Shanghai Sheshan Happy Valley Store)
3.7/557 Reviews
She Shan, Songjiang University Town
The hotel is close to the Lushan Scenic Area and it takes about 20 yuan to take a taxi from Happy Valley. Located in the old and biased street, there is no better entertainment and eating place around The hotel's internal facilities are old, the environment is average, and the space is small The hotel's plain text or online platform shows that you can check out at 12:30, but the staff is still urging check-out on time at 12 o'clock, the service feels average
Chashan Hostel

She Shan, Songjiang University Town
72 single room for one night. I was shocked by the price when I booked the room. I was also worried about the poor quality of the room. But it was not bad after going. The room is windowless, and the decoration of the room is fairly new. The bed is also quite soft and has an air conditioner. The soundproofing of the room should be ok, but I didn't hear any noise outside anyway. It’s the toilet that buzzes for two or three minutes after flushing. I told the boss when I left that it should be repaired.

The hotel is located in the center of the town, shopping, eating and entertainment are very convenient, cost-effective, highly recommended! Very good, come to Happy Valley with friends, the nearby facilities are complete, the transportation is convenient, the back is Lushan, there are not many people playing in the epidemic, anyway, overall it is quite satisfactory

Journeying to Shanghai

Shanghai's main international airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, offers numerous connections globally. Once there, you can reach downtown Shanghai using the Shanghai Maglev Train, buses, or taxis. For domestic travelers, high-speed trains offer an efficient means of travel.

The main mode of payment in China is usually through AliPay or WeChat Pay. Most places still accept credit and debit cards, but it's wise to carry some local currency (RMB) for smaller vendors. Mandarin is the official language, with Shanghainese also widely spoken. A translation app may come in handy when interacting with locals.

Visit the tranquil Yuyuan Garden, an exquisite example of Ming Dynasty design. The Shanghai Museum hosts an extensive collection of Chinese historical artifacts, and the Shanghai Disney Resort promises fun for the entire family.

Shanghai's Seasons and Apparel

Shanghai has a humid subtropical climate. Summers (June-August) are hot and humid, while winters (December-February) can be quite cold. The best times to visit are autumn (September-November) and spring (March-May), when the weather is moderate. Pack a mix of lightweight and warm clothing to adjust to fluctuating temperatures in Shanghai.
