Shanghai Academy Xiang Villa

I have clocked in N times and come often because I like it. I brought students over to engage in activities; colleagues from the unit came to trade union activities together; college classmates reunion; neighbors’ good sisters brought their babies to parent-child activities***, every time they came with satisfaction and reluctantly returned home. The villa is located in the middle of nature, with panoramic views of the rural scenery. The room facilities in the villa are complete and warm. The bathroom and smart bathroom are all available. There is an independent chess and card room. There is also a cabin where you can barbecue or eat a small hot pot. Whatever you like How? The karaoke sound quality is perfect***, the boss and his wife are warm and thoughtful and treat others sincerely. In short, it is definitely a good place for a relaxing vacation to make friends with three or five friends. It is recommended!

It is very suitable for multiple family gatherings and outings. It is also suitable for company team building. There are 6 rooms, 5 double beds, 1 double bed (it should be regarded as a family room, 1 double bed + 1 single bed), we are OK for 13 people this time 🍃Environment: Neat and clean, you can’t see how it has been renovated for several years, and it’s well maintained 👍🏻 🔔Service: The boss and the proprietress are very polite and enthusiastic. It’s okay for us to bring vegetables for our own family. We have everything in oil, salt, sauce and vinegar~ 🚗 Transportation: It is more convenient. The villa is on Shijiagang Road. It is very convenient to go to Lingang Avenue and Lianggang Avenue. It takes about half an hour to go to Dishui Lake, Haichang, Planetarium, etc.

Breaking out of the hustle and bustle of the city and enclosed walls, I came to the suburbs here. The big surprise to us is that the villa environment is very quiet, the interior decoration is elegant and luxurious, and the comfort of the bedding is 5 stars. It is worth mentioning that the landlord and his wife, a very cheerful and polite couple, are responsive and have excellent cooking skills. There is nothing to say about the internal sanitation, and the products are of high-end atmosphere. Leisure, barbecue and partying are all. It's the first place to relax without going out of Shanghai. I just left, and I'm thinking about coming again next time.

On weekends, friends met for a small gathering to feel the charm of the farmhouse in Shanghai. The boss and the wife warmly welcomed us and cooked a table of farmhouse dishes for us. The taste was first-rate! Chess and cards in the villa, karaoke, rocking chairs, trampoline, absolutely rich leisure time!

環境很好，特別是有個很大的院子。適合小朋友玩耍。老闆很熱情。

因為疫情原因，一幫醫務工作者連同家屬已經很久沒有離滬了。每年衹能在上海找尋不同的民宿小聚。不得不説這次的民宿是我們至今為止入住最滿意的一家。 環境： 老闆家無論是別墅內部還是院子的操作間，包括小院子都打理的井井有條。車子駛入門口的小道，在外部就能區分這家的不同。別墅內一共6間房，每間都很整潔，包括衞生間。操作間裏可以容納18個人吃火鍋，夏天可以在這裏燒烤。裏面還有一個桌球枱，一邊吃一邊玩，實在是很高興。庭院裏能停的下6部車。空間很大。 服務： 相對環境，更甚一籌的是老闆和老闆娘的服務，春節我們想給小朋友搞一些民俗活動，老闆夫妻2個馬上着手安排，包湯糰，做塌餅和南瓜餅。老闆竟然還準備了廚師帽和一次性圍兜，小朋友們都高興的不亦樂乎。要不是來不及，還準備下地挑菜和燒菜飯。據説如果秋天來，還可以下地割稻。院子裏還有蹦床、可以一起跳長繩、夏天可以放風箏。。。簡直可以組個小型的團建項目。 軟件： 住民宿特別是大別墅，最怕的就是2點，1：空調，上海陰冷的天氣如果空調不好，體驗感會下降很多，所以原來我們都選擇地暖的房子。這次沒想到老闆家空調十分給力。一開即熱，完全不亞於地暖。幸福感爆棚。2.洗澡水，有一句説一句，6間房不是每間都有浴室，有幾間是共用衞生間的，但是好在衞生間夠大。每個衞生間是電加熱熱水器，衹要注意合理錯峯用洗澡，熱水就可以保證，特別是浴室有很舒適的暖風設備，第一天大家洗澡有幾個還感覺有些水壓不穩，第二天我們就掌握了規律，完全沒有問題了。特別值得表揚的是老闆的早飯，是至今吃的最舒服的一次，老闆想了法子幫我們翻花頭，有吃餛飩的，有吃麪條的，簡直太滿意了。 地理位置： 雖然説在書院鎮裏面，但是臨港現在建設的很好，衹要有車都不是問題，我們去了海昌公園，天文館，海洋博物館，天熱的話還可以去滴水湖。感覺周邊遊玩場所很多。 總之，18個人從大到小上上下下全部滿意，這在我們還是第一次。2022的春節因為老闆一家讓我們度過了美妙團聚時光，感恩。

疫情後第一次出遊，來到了近郊的這裏。給了我們一羣人很大的驚喜，民宿環境非常幽靜，內部裝修高貴大氣，床品整潔舒適度5顆星。值得一提的是房東，十分體貼隨和，因為天氣炎熱，我們入住前就已經打開了空調，看我們晚上吃火鍋，老闆又立馬送了我們一大盆肉肉 ，味道好極了 ，自留地裏的蔬菜也送了我們一大堆，哈哈！在此再次感謝房東先生。娛樂設施基本齊全，KTV、麻將室、桌球等，院子裏還有個氣墊泳池可供小朋友玩耍，衹可惜這次匆匆的來匆匆地走 ，意猶未盡。小遺憾忘了拍照片了 全文

臨時訂的這家本來沒報太大希望，沒想到處處是驚喜，三層歐式別墅非常大氣，庭院也很大，同時容納4輛車都沒問題。我們是晚上8點左右到的，老闆開了個超甜的大西瓜招待我們！還提供早餐！別墅打理的也很乾凈，小朋友玩的也很多，足球，蹦床，充氣泳池，射箭，桌上足球，switch,還有麻將室，燒烤（提供燒烤爐+碳）。老闆還提供釣竿給我們吊小龍蝦。推薦的幾家餐廳都很不錯。一句話賓至如歸，小朋友都吵着下次還要去玩！！
