I waited for 30 minutes for the free airport pick-up. It was a bus from many hotels. The price was cheap. The room was clean and sanitary, not very old.

衞生環境是真的臟！遙控器空調板全是灰！
服務更別説了！前台那女的像別人欠了她八百萬！從下飛機給前台打電話，那態度不屑！那一個不耐煩！我以為是拆遷户了！怎麼會有這種服務人員！幹不了就別幹！甩臉給誰看呢！
説房型升級，我一個人住給我升級一個標間，説記得給好評，想問就這服務就這態度給啥好評？
但凡語氣好點！環境衞生都不會這麼介意！主要是這個態度！再看衞生！那能有啥好心情！還是那句，幹不了別幹！衹幹得了這個活兒，就別一副趾高氣昂的樣子！
