the staff is very polite and helpful. there is a robot delivery system. straight to your room. nice clean hotel I think good facilities and useful for couples, friends and students traveling together. I think it's a bit price as it is far from public transport.

Clean room, can sometimes smell cigarette from other room. Helpful staffs. Even though they can't speak English we were able to communicate through translation app. Great location. Near a street that have many good food.

The location of the hotel is nice and comfortable. The rooms are a little bit small, but at the same time clean, neat and tidy. The stuff is helpful although they don’t speak English.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positive aspects, I must mention a few significant drawbacks. Firstly, the bathroom was incredibly small for two people. It felt cramped, and there was hardly enough space to move around comfortably. To make matters worse, there was a noticeable leak in the bathroom, which was not only inconvenient but also raised concerns about maintenance. Additionally, the room itself lacked adequate space. With two people sharing it, we felt cramped and had limited room to store our luggage. This made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped for. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the room that was hard to ignore. It detracted from the overall experience and made our time in the room less enjoyable. While the hotel had its merits, these issues with the bathroom size, leak, lack of space, and unpleasant odor were significant drawbacks that affected our overall satisfaction with the stay.

No breakfast on offer; room was however clean and did the job. No real complaints; staff was mostly helpful.

Nice and clean hotel. The location is not connected to the metro very well. But for a taxi is okay.

The hotel location is convenient, only a 20 minute drive from most restaurants and from tourist spots like the Bund and Oriental Tower. The service is decent and the rooms are neat. Great for transit travel.

Clean friendly services , easy access , great location for business travellers

Room was big and clean. Not so soundproof- expect some noise from adjacent rooms. Only downside was the lack of easy transport to attractions around the city.

Good hotel, 10 minutes away from the closest metro station. Quite clean and comfortable even tho public work outside is noisy.
