前一天晚上定的房間，因為有事沒有過去入住，當天前台打電話詢問情況，我告訴他第二天早上過去住，前台主動幫我延時到下午兩點退房，早上入住後怕會超時便打電話到前台告知如果兩點還沒有下來退房，不要打電話，超時的錢退房後會給補上！結果兩點的時候還是去敲門了，到前台詢問情況，前台説是阿姨敲的門，並説沒有我告訴她不能敲門，我打電話延時加錢的是為了讓你們兩點去敲門嗎！延時到兩點就要求我給寫好評！最後還説我超時25分鐘的錢不要我了，30塊錢不要了，太侮辱人了！

一般，設備陳舊，環境挺差，燈光昏暗，很多房間在過道，隔音超差，特別早上的時候不是被鬧鐘叫醒而是被隔壁四周的開門關門聲，洗漱聲吵醒. 電梯出來左右有個斜坡，如果低頭看手機的話真的容易摔倒. 無語的是清理垃圾的車居然停放在房間門口，入住時就停放在門口，以為衹是暫時停放，沒想到第二天開門撞臉還是清理車，難以置信！
吹風機是有多古老了，生銹就不説了，一箇中短髮吹了15分鐘頭髮還沒吹乾，簡直了！水池水還漏。掛着如家，其實根本不是如家的標準. 水壺是我見過所有酒店裡最臟的！唯一一點床還算乾淨，水流還大算是欣慰了，要不是嫌麻煩，住一天後是絕對不想再住的。以後怕如家了！360多一晚的房價，呵呵，這個給我160我也不會再住

帶孩子在附近醫院看病，要輸兩天液，晚上在這裏住一晚免去來回奔波，一天輸液兩次，白天等待間隔六小時期間回酒店歇腳，不會太過疲憊。前台小姐姐服務很好，幫忙延遲退房。對面就是巴黎春天商場吃飯方便。

尊敬的酒店管理，
我非常失望地向您表達我的入住體驗。首先，我在19點辦理入住，然後去吃晚飯，但是在21點進入房間時，卻發現裏面已經有住客了。這不得不讓我質疑你們酒店對於顧客入住的管理和安排。
其次，你們為我再次分配的房間位於電梯邊。電梯不停的叮咚聲，讓我無法得到很好的休息。此外，房間內的衞生條件也非常糟糕，到處都是灰塵，讓我覺得很不舒適。作為一個顧客，我希望能夠得到乾淨、舒適的住宿環境，但是你們酒店顯然沒有達到我的期望。
總的來説，我對這次入住體驗非常不滿意。我希望你們能夠重視這些問題，提升酒店的管理水平，為顧客提供更好的服務。否則，我將不再推薦這家酒店給我的親朋好友，也會在各大點評平台上給予你們差評。
