房間衞生乾淨整潔，空間很大很明亮 能看到地標建築 開瓶器組合 夜間很美，周圍環境很安靜出入很方便，每三天阿姨會來打掃一次房間
建議: 及時檢查及更新屋內設施 床墊凹凸不平已經一邊高一邊低，浴室建議增加一次性浴巾，空調遙控器電池及時更換，增加香薰。

真的挺好的，住了幾次了，首先房間採光都蠻好的，很明亮，這點很重要，可以曬到太陽。其次可以做飯，配備洗衣機、冰箱，滿足出行需求。再就是房間所處的小區都蠻安靜的，所以居住也不會太吵鬧，當然如果不幸碰上了裝修那另説😂。最後房間基本設施齊全的，網絡、熱水、吹風機之類的生活設施也齊全，推薦推薦！

實際入住的房間和展示的照片不符，不夠明亮，冬天熱水洗澡才一會兒就冷了，熱水供應不足，且屋外走廊很陰暗。最離譜的是房東七早八早敲門，我們還沒回應就直接開門進來，超級嚇人！9點左右就催我們退房是什麼意思，我們説了12點準時退，11點多又來催人！！！這裏離地鐵站也很遠，出行有點不方便。

房間乾淨寬敞，通風也不錯，佈局合理，長方形小桌作書桌和飯桌都合適，雙人座沙發舒適休閑。廚房面積適中，有冰箱、微波爐使用。樓下有麥當勞、必勝客和餛飩鋪，日常就餐便利。

小區環境很好，旁邊有條小河，小區外面超市飯店也多，4部電梯超級方便，出來玩需要住幾天的真的很推薦，房東不錯，回答的很及時，有需要也馬上給解決了

就是床頭的兩個充電器頭都充不了電插頭，然後熱水器一個人洗超過10分鐘就沒有熱水了 但是房子挺好看的 有好有壞吧

位於城區鬧中取靜的一角。周邊生活購物交通各方面都非常。房內配套設施雖舊了些，但整潔乾淨。屬於性價比較高的民宿公寓，下次回上海還會選擇入住。

沒見過這樣的服務住了幾天不打掃衞生不更新用品説續住打掃要額外給錢浴巾也沒有一條都是兩個小毛巾衞生紙也衹有一包沒有住過這種類型的名宿最後垃圾還叫自己下去丟我住享受到的服務是什麼？
