We reserved a river view double room for anniversary and got upgraded to the executive floor. The view was fantastic and the facilities are outstanding. We were offered complimentary fruit platter (the picture showed only half of what we had as we forgot to take picture before eating) with a small cake for anniversary celebration. The overall service was nice. It was a great experience staying at Kempinski.

The twin bed room is good size. The bed can fit 2 kids. The kids wanted to swim, but we didn't get in there because need to wear swimming hat. Nearby the bundle got a walking path very nice.

Lovely hotel just minutes from the Orientation Pearl Tower. Great view and comfortable beds!

Very clean, beautiful view to the bund and great customer service. The breakfast was great and very closed to go everywhere. Will come back again to stay for next holiday. Thank you

They are happy as my booked together with my family, easily to start around the Shanghai skyscraper and sightseeing tours. Location of the hotels is very fantastic scene.

Had a good experience staying at the hotel. Service by the concierge was very good. Room view was awesome. Hotel lobby was beautifully decorated with Christmas theme.

amazing friendly staff, very welcoming and friendly, very happy with anniversary gifts received by the hotel and free room upgrade! facilities were generally pretty good, only issues were with the requirement for swimming caps in the swimming pool which i havent really seen elsewhere, and the toilets in the mens changing room were v dirty. apart from that, i would definitely stay here again, the room was amazing with a great view of the river and tv tower from the pool, and a pretty decent breakfast selection

Hotel in the middle of Lujiazui Financial District, which is considered China's Wall Street. Great views of the city. However, food options around the hotel are limited because businesses close down early when the business types leave work and after 8pm it becomes more difficult to find dinner. The hotel breakfast was also rather crowded and chaotic.
