The facilities are really poor and the service attitude is also very poor. I originally booked 4 rooms for 12 days and checked out after only staying for one day. I stayed there twice and there was a hair on the bed when I opened the quilt. I was speechless. I thought it was a coincidence once, but I stayed again a month later and found out again. I called the front desk, and the front desk replied, "Why do you come to stay here if you know this?" Is it annoying? The faucet water is cold water. The front desk told me that all rooms have cold water. When I asked, other rooms were okay, but my room was cold. After staying for one night, all 4 rooms were canceled. It was too bad.

Prevent similar incidents from happening to other guests! ! I stayed here for 6 days, and I had to pay for the washing machine at my own expense. When I left, I left a pair of pants and a shirt in the laundry basket, and I didn't find it until I got home. Mainly because I saw the cleaning and didn't call the guests to ask if they wanted more. They took the initiative to call the front desk. The front desk explained that many guests just threw it in the laundry basket if they didn't want it. People who stayed in the hotel for at least 300 days a year said that I really don’t understand why the trash can is used. Let’s just use the laundry basket as a trash can.
