We were assigned rooms on the seventh floor, which had no direct lift access. For anyone looking to book a room there, suggest to request for rooms on fourth to sixth floors, else you will have to risk moving your luggage and yourself up and down the stairs which link the sixth and seventh floors. Also, I did not like the translucent bathroom window. Make it opaque please.

The room is spacious. The location is convenient. Next to many shops, restaurants and convenience store. The room with no window has no elevator.

The location is great, just a few step from Nanjing pedestrian street, and there’re many good restaurants nearby. The services and amenities are good overall .

Perfect location and is exactly at the center of city.
Staff are nice and the room is clean.
The bunk is just a waking distance from here.

Very good location and service! Clean, bed comfortable, everything is good. You can leave your luggage in lobby and go to Nianjing Road and The Bund. So convenient. Will come again!

Location is super strategic👍👍👍. Located at middle of nan jing road pedestrian street. Walking distance to the bund, people square metro point (exit 7) and east nan jing road metro point (exit 1) and city tour bus meet up point. There is a lot of international tourist, front desk can speak English. Customer service attended to our issue very fast even in midnight. There is smell of smoke come into our room in midnight few times (I believe there is other smoking in the room and the air ventilation system is connected). The staff bring air freshener to our room very fast. We feedback to the front desk on the next day and front desk offer us to change room. We rejected it because we don't want to repack our stuffs. Please request non smoking floor during check in. The double filling of local mochi opposite the hotel taste superb.

Very very great location and beautiful views from my room. Housekeeping also in tip top service 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻will revisit again in near future.
