Fm Blelsure Hotel (Shanghai Hongqiao Airport National Convention and Exhibition Center)

A comfortable stay overall. An extremely clean hotel with modern amenities. The checking in and checking out process were quite pleasant. Rooms were clean, linen crisp and the room smell was quite fresh and welcoming. The breakfast had variety but some of the foods got cold in the warmers and so I wasn’t able to enjoy a few of the foods prepared. The location is also great because it’s close to the train station and airport. The price is a good deal too. The overall experience was really great. Will definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.

stayed again after storage luggage and it was amazing as always. my delivery food got lost and the staff ran to the hotel next door to check and brought it back for me. same with my taobao package, incredibly helpful staff. also got a free room upgrade and had staff helping to move our luggage throughout the hotel and into the taxi. amazing stay!

We stayed at this hotel in Shanghai for business, and its location is excellent for visiting the trade fair. Both the fair, the railway station, the airport, and several large shopping malls are within a 10-15 minute radius, making it highly convenient. Taxis are the best way to get around, and they are quite affordable. The staff primarily speaks Chinese, but they effectively use translation apps on their phones to assist with communication. There was a particularly friendly bartender who spoke a little English and was eager to help, enhancing our overall experience. The hotel is new, with spacious rooms featuring comfortable beds and pillows. We were assigned a room that was supposed to include gym equipment, but it did not come with that feature. However, there is a decent gym available, so there’s no need to book a larger room for that purpose. The highlight of the room was the bathroom, which had a fantastic shower and a quality hairdryer. Breakfast offered a satisfactory selection. Additionally, the hotel provides an excellent laundry service with free detergent for washing and drying clothes, which was a great convenience for us. Overall, for the price we paid, we were very pleased with our stay!

My absolute favourite hotel in Shanghai, highly recommend! It’s ideally located near both the train station and airport (Hongqiao) so it’s very convenient. The hotel itself gives a very luxurious experience, with brand new gym and laundry room! The rooms are really comfortable with giant beds and really powerful showers. Highly highly recommend!
