Room was ok and most amenities was there. It was clean and comfy. However the dryer was spoilt, clothes dont seem to get dry.

The hotel is very convenient to Nanjing Road and 外滩. There is a Chaozhou restaurant downstairs that is also good. There are many small restaurants on the back street.
The room design is very unique 👍 The toilet and shower are separated, and the room is very quiet. The hotel upgraded the room and we will come back.

I forgot a large amount of money in the room. The hotel contacted me immediately and returned the money, professional housekeeping.

Honestly book somewhere else. The ‘Hotel’ is a couple of floors within another building meaning lifts are shared with hundreds of residents. The rooms look okay but upon closer inspection they aren’t well done - I was ‘upgraded’ to this room with a window and you can see what I mean. The whole place smelled of damp. DO NOT book breakfast - the saddest and most stale hotel offering I’ve ever seen (plus it wasn’t a restaurant but a few tables in a conference room). Honestly there are so many nicer hotels… online it looks great but really not worth the money. Would ask for a refund if I could. Glad I only stayed one night…

Location is very convenient. Yet the hotel is located under the same building as a lot of other hostels and offices. And the environment isn’t necessary that clean. I saw molding spots on our room carpet and can hear rat noises at night.
