I have been in China for seven years. I have seen the changes, and I have to say that I can greatly appreciate what Hyatt is doing for Westerners right now. I had a truly exceptional stay with them! This hotel accept foreigners definitely no issues with check in and check out. The location of hotel is great but still need travel 30min to 60min to the place that I visit like zhujiajiao yu yuan and maybe closer one is the bund. Front counter staff are approachable. For order car services they usually won't provide. They don't know exact step for order didi for foreigner. Quite troublesome for them. U better own a local sim card. Their shower and body shampoo are excellent and the water pressure are good and supere.toilet and toiletry provided an very clean. The toilet don't have proper privacy for family or friends as the glassdoor are transparent and visible see u shower or doing bisnuss. Iron board and iron provided I regret never bring along my hair dryer.but they do provide. Breakfast are okay but the soya bean curb made me don't dare to eat bean curb anymore.

The front office works very good that she let us into the room first whilst she was doing the checkin administration. The hotel itself is an old building, but they seem to renovate the room coz the room design looks quite updated, but not the bathroom. Anyway they are clean enough for us to stay. The location just right around SISU university, quite a walk from hongkou stadium mrt station, around there are quite convenient store when u need something or just buying some breakfast, next to hotel there is a yunnan restaurant whose owner is very nice, they cook good foods too...

The twin room was a converted double bed room, and it was very crowded! If you change to a regular queen bed in the back, you can only change to the south side. The north side is not close to the subway and you should not be able to hear the sound, but you need to pay the difference of 100 yuan. Facilities: No robot takeaways, no smart toilets, and no hot air from the air conditioner. Service: The two ladies at the front desk provide very good service! Living here feels like home, especially after a tired day, returning here is like going home, you can cook this is so love, I bought a watermelon downstairs to relieve the heat and cool down. It feels really comfortable. It’s too late to go to the central building. There is no subway to take a taxi for 34 yuan. This location is really good, very close to Tongji University, you can take your children to punch in, the boss is also very good. The floor is a bit high but can be ignored.
