They were in this hotel between December and January and I must say it was very nice, breakfast was little assorted with cornets not quite excellent without water at room temperature always had to ask, The very hard mattress was like not having it with a masked co-mattress and honestly made a little impression.

After a short search on the internet and contacting the reception we decide to book this beautiful hotel in a comfortable area, with motorway connections in a quiet area and dipped in green. We reported on the booking that we would arrive after 23:00, they waited for us to be accompanied by the private parking and before going to the room they offered us a drink because we were sick. Ideal for small and long stays. I am very disappointed with this Hotel as it didn't have a working air conditioning during our stay, even though they advertise at *********** and their webpage as having it. I complained several times to Hotel's front desk and they said they they were working with their technical department to fix it. Nothing was ever done since we requested it a after our first night at the hotel. The only thing they did is to put a fan in the room, that was their solution to the problem. We were unable to sleep comfortably because of the heat as summer moved in. Decided to move to another hotel and shorten our stay, but the Hotel decided to apply penalty for the whole stay. What about the fact that they cheat their guests offering A/C when it doesn't have it? Apart from the fact that breakfast items run our early and you have to end up with a very limited assortment of foods. I really advise guests, to avoid this Hotel, specially if you are sensible to heat during the night. (it was around 30”C)

A stopover from Bergamo airport, this was easy to find and a good choice. The staff (Anna) was very good and helped us (me) with the elaborate and technical electrics in the room. The room is spacious and facilities are good. Parking underground was safe and inexpensive. Breakfast as vast and delicious. Highly recommended.

This hotel is total disaster! 4 stars?? Excuse me!!! One roll of single layer toilet paper for three people? No glasses,broken fridge ,only one working eletrical outlet. In the hotel restaurant they sell ”bottled” water that they fill, which could be noticed by the dirt of the bottle (the bottles are also scratched and visibly old). Also, in addition to the price we paid, breakfast was included. The next morning we were greeted by an unpleasant surprise, the restaurant staff put us minimal amounts of what we demanded with the excuse that we had eaten a lot for breakfast the day before. Shame!

Note positive sono il posteggio, il supermercato U2 vicino, la possibilità di mangiare nei dintorni se non si vuole rimanere nel ristorante dell'albergo, wifii abbastanza performante anche per lavorare. Note meno positive: non ho trovato comodo il materasso, il frigo bar in camera era vuoto e spento. Colazione senza lode ne infamia ma un po' cara per quanto offerto.
