Motel in the countryside , very comfortable to park the car free of charge, with always open and fast receipt in the recording operations at arrival. Large and logically communicating room with the corridor going to the room bathing . Breakfast rich in sweet and salty and fresh fruit and a great coffee and excellent hot drinks . Soundless rooms. Large-screen TV with so many programmes. A pleasant experience . nice and pleasant staff. It is the real American design motel, so every room must have free parking for its own car

Me and my partner spent some time there. After leaving, we had forgotten a costly item at the hotel. Upon trying to reach them to retrieve said item, we were met with disinterest on their hand. We tried emails, calls and reaching out to them on social media, all to no avail. It's been a month since we haven't heard anything about said item, and we are honestly very dissapointed at how our situation was dealt with.

Wonderful place to stay in! The hotel is comfortable and nice, staff is very, very friendly and the rooms are clean. The rooms have lovely balconies. Soundproofing was bad though - I could hear everything happening in the corridor. Also there was a (locked) door leading from my room to the one next to me and when my ”neighbour” was taking a shower or watching TV, I could hear everything so well that I woke up one morning my shower was on. The location is bit weird, but worth the train ride and walk.

A good hotel with good service in a not too far location from Milan. Surely reliable for repeat, also because it is affordable

If you have never visited Milan, Italy, you might want to give it a thought. And if you do decide to go, consider staying at the Sheraton Milan San Siro. Even though this hotel is located just inside a big city, it is surrounded by green spaces. Beautifully updated and decorated, refreshing, clean and pleasantly relaxing would be my description of this property. I especially enjoyed the views of the garden from the bar area. The staff at the hotel completes the perfect picture of an amazing stay. From the moment I arrived and was greeted at the front desk by Francesco, till my departure seven days later, the staff went above and beyond to insure I had a wonderful experience. Thank you Francesco for all your help, suggestions, kindness and for making me feel welcome. You are a dedicated and admirable person and I am delighted to see someone like you working in the tourism industry. In addition, I would like to recognize Fernando, who assisted me with my luggage, offered suggestions for things to do and places to visit and answered a multitude of tourist type questions. I appreciate your help, patience and your smile and wish you all the best in your future with the Sheraton. Conveniently located in the hotel, is a very nice bar and restaurant. Sometimes the food is excellent and sometimes it isn’t. I ate at the hotel daily and most of the time I enjoyed my meal. Breakfast is outstanding and there are lots of good healthy choices. My advice to future visitors, give it a try ….. and when you do, say hello to Luca at the bar. Luca definitely does his best to make sure you get good service and I for one am thankful for his continued efforts to always give 100% to every guest, no matter how busy he is! I used the gym every day and the equipment and the view are the best you can imagine. I definitely appreciate the maintenance and housekeeping in this area of the hotel. Everything worked perfectly and there was always clean towels, water and cleaning wipes. Generally speaking, the housekeeping at the Sheraton Marriott San Siro is outstanding. Since I am a Lifetime Titanium member with Marriott, I can assure you that I understand good housekeeping and this hotel has achieved a very high level of consistency in this area. Congratulations on a job well done. There are many helpful people who work at this hotel, unfortunately I can’t mention every person I came in contact with, but I do want to say thank you to Jessica at the front desk for her shopping suggestions. Most women all over the world appreciate good shopping advice and without Jessica’s suggestions I would have missed one the the best opportunities of my trip! The hotel is multi storey and well situated and has underground secure parking, There are numerous shops, restaurants and a large COOP supermarket very close by. Although the mall area immediately behind the hotel has seen better days, there is also a nice park close by for walking the dog if you have one with you.. The nearest metro station is also within a ten minute walk.The rooms are a decent size and modern with a TV offering a good selection of channels including some Sky and internet. Breakfast is served on the 1st floor, food choices are fairly standard. The only negative was due to the fact that there was quite a strong wind during the night of our stay which caused a high pitched sound as it whistled around the aluminium framed windows (we were on the 8th floor) making it difficult to sleep peacefully, even though the bed itself was quite comfortable.There were only two pillows in the room on arrival but room service brought us two extra on request. There is no fridge in the room, which would be useful given the very hot summer. Fortunately the A/C unit was working and kept the room cool and comfortable.

I booked and paid for standard bed however once I was there I was informed they are full to capacity and only twins beds were available. My trip was for 5 nights and the they would only be able to offer me a standard bed the last night of my stay. I was also told that I'm staying longer than the normal as their minimum patrons stays between 2-3 nights and my stay is longer. The food is also not desirable. I was disappointed by that being in Italy and not having a capable chef. The person working was overwhelm as the was the only one and there were many people to attend to. The location was not ideal as it was right next to an abandon building and walking to get the bus was dark and creepy. Because it was my first time in Milan I was expecting more but next time I'll choose another hotel closer to the town. It's good if you're seeking few days just to stay All the staff at the front desk were exceptional and that was a pluys

I stayed there before my flight. Rooms were clean and all staff friendly. Price was very good. I would book it again at any time. Breakfast was included in the price and coffee was good.

I spent only one night in this hotel and I found myself very good. Beautiful room with excellent mattress. Good breakfast and impecable cleanliness honest price. Cute and available staff. I will come back when I'm going to Milan .....

I´m not sure how it is like to stay at Ostelzzz for several nights, but I find it a very convenient solution for me who arrived around midnight in Milan, and already had leave from Milano Centrale by noon on the next day. I had a proper sleep for one night in a capsule. It really was a hostel, but with so much better privacy. Staffs were extremely kind and helpful. They gave me a welcome drink. Online check-in in advance made my actual check-in so much easier. Had everything I needed, incl breakfast, towel too. Clean and well-organized. Breakfast was simple, but more than good enough for me. I wouln´t hesitate to choose Ostelzzz next time.
