I went to this paradise for a weekend with my wife and friends, the structure of the hotel as well as the entire estate is meticulously preserved, clean, order and precision in all its facets. We stayed in the hotel and had dinner at the Osteria Disguido where we were accompanied for both dinner and breakfast by Giada's professionalism, seriousness and education. Mention also goes to the guided tour of the cellars with Giulia who, with her explanations, managed to take us back into the past by explaining how the estate was born and how, in its time, the winemaking journey of this corner of paradise began. You should absolutely dedicate at least a weekend to it to understand the grape supply chain and to realize the great work that goes into a bottle of their splendid wine. After tasting it I decided to bring a memory of this magnificent experience by purchasing Barolo and Nebbiolo, truly unique. Once it is finished, I will not fail to stay in the structure under construction on the adjacent hill. I conclude by dedicating public applause to the owners of this structure and to all those who manage it and work there. Thank you
