Hotel Jennys Schlossl

We were warmly welcomed to the Schlössl! The room clean with nice big shower and nice panoramic view. The wellness over 4 floors has very nice places to relax, the highlight is the brine and panorama pool. Breakfast and dinner as well as the homemade cakes in the afternoon very good! The staff and the owners are very friendly and great bike and hiking tips can be recommended. We came as guests and left as friends😀

We were guests at Jenny's Schlössel for the first time and were really impressed by the large room and the bathroom!! We felt very comfortable and the reception was very helpful with questions 🙋‍♀️ We were also very impressed by the daily breakfast buffet!! Unfortunately we found the evening meal disappointing from the menu templates and the portions were too small!! Unfortunately, the dessert variations couldn't convince us either and the selection from the Austrian dessert buffet in the evening (day 2) was pure disappointment! The service at the table also decreased from day to day and on the last day we even had to refill the wine 🍷 ourselves / a shame

We had wonderful holidays! In a family-run hotel with a rooftop pool! The wellness and the rooms are very nice. Also very well maintained. The food is very good and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. In general there is a good atmosphere in the Schlössl! We felt comfortable all around!

We were in Serfaus for the first time, together with friends who not only knew Serfaus, but also Jenny's Schlössl. You can easily drive to the hotel by car and park it in the allocated underground car park. Perfect, you don't need the car after that. Check-in very friendly and quick. The room (DZ standard) was spacious and functional, we felt comfortable. The ski room offers space for skis and shoes, which are even heated on the holder. Although the room was used fairly well and a lot of material was deposited, we didn't have any space problems when changing etc. - If there is more going on, the room will probably reach its limits. The way to the gondola then takes 5 minutes on foot, so the hotel is in a great location and still not exactly in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The hotel's own restaurant is great, the staff is extremely attentive and careful to fulfill every wish. The kitchen also offers a lot, we rarely had anything to complain about and can also describe the respective wine recommendation as successful and consistent. The portions aren't overpowering, so you get enough without eating too much. Certainly, a lookup would also be possible in some cases. The breakfast is great, solid selection, nothing is missing. Now to the wellness, this area is really quite elaborately designed into the building. This wellness area extends over 3 floors. This can be a bit confusing at the beginning, but after the first or second use at the latest it becomes clear which lift to take where or which staircase to get to which attractions. The individual areas are lovingly furnished and harmoniously decorated, the heated outdoor pool can be described as a highlight. In the evening, for example, it allows a view of the mountains, which shimmer magnificently in the last sunlight. You can relax in the jacuzzi after a day of skiing. All in all, the Schlössl offers the guest practically everything, we were completely satisfied. I haven't written anything about the bar or the nice lounge :) Thank you very much, we will be happy to recommend you. Just one more point about the booking: we tended to book early and were told at the time that only Sat-Sat could be booked. Apparently, this guideline will be relaxed somewhat at a later date, which we also understand in principle. Still, it's a pity if early/loyal customers are somewhat restricted as a result.

A very nicely located hotel with a wonderful wellness department. Very good food in a warm atmosphere. Staff in restaurant super friendly and helpful. Small downside was the somewhat cool treatment from behind the reception. We asked for extra blankets because we open the window at night and then it is a bit cold. Sighing and a bit reproachful that we asked that in the evening instead of in the morning, because then he had to go looking. Wasn't very customer friendly. On the day of departure, when leaving our room, the boss immediately came to "check" the room with one of the cleaning ladies. Looked very suspicious. Nevertheless, had a stay.

We stayed at the Schlössl over Christmas! From the warm welcome to the friendliness in the restaurant, everything was perfect! The wellness area was furnished with great attention to detail and the pool on the roof to relax was the icing on the cake for us! The breakfast and dinner very varied and tasty! We will definitely be back!

We stayed in Serfaus for 4 days and the hotel, food and facilities were great. We were particularly impressed by the excellent service. The manager of the house always had great tips for mountain bike tours and took great care of our well-being. The entire staff always had a smile ready and was very friendly and attentive. This hotel has the flair of Tyrol in the heart and you can feel this heart of light guides on every corner. We will definitely come back and a big thank you to the entire team 🤗🤗

We were repeatedly in Jenny's Schlössle and have always felt very comfortable. Rooms are very nice, the pool on the roof is a hit (but could be warmer), wellness area ok, breakfast was good and dinner was also very tasty and personal wishes were also taken into account. Eduard, our waiter, is absolutely great with heart and soul in his job and it's fun to be served by him. Unfortunately, we often noticed that criticism was taken directly as negative and not as a suggestion, which is really a shame. Some customer reviews also write about the 'bad' mood of the junior chefs, which I can only agree with, not consistently sometimes friendly, sometimes in a bad mood, that you don't really feel comfortable as a guest. Too bad. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding for us with the next booking and we were immediately shot back so that we unfortunately decided with a heavy heart not to vacation there anymore (after we were there for 6 years). But we wish the hotel and its bosses/employees all the best and hope that they might just take a look at the points of criticism and understand them as a suggestion and take them up.
