We were in Serfaus for the first time, together with friends who not only knew Serfaus, but also Jenny's Schlössl. You can easily drive to the hotel by car and park it in the allocated underground car park. Perfect, you don't need the car after that. Check-in very friendly and quick. The room (DZ standard) was spacious and functional, we felt comfortable. The ski room offers space for skis and shoes, which are even heated on the holder. Although the room was used fairly well and a lot of material was deposited, we didn't have any space problems when changing etc. - If there is more going on, the room will probably reach its limits. The way to the gondola then takes 5 minutes on foot, so the hotel is in a great location and still not exactly in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The hotel's own restaurant is great, the staff is extremely attentive and careful to fulfill every wish. The kitchen also offers a lot, we rarely had anything to complain about and can also describe the respective wine recommendation as successful and consistent. The portions aren't overpowering, so you get enough without eating too much. Certainly, a lookup would also be possible in some cases. The breakfast is great, solid selection, nothing is missing. Now to the wellness, this area is really quite elaborately designed into the building. This wellness area extends over 3 floors. This can be a bit confusing at the beginning, but after the first or second use at the latest it becomes clear which lift to take where or which staircase to get to which attractions. The individual areas are lovingly furnished and harmoniously decorated, the heated outdoor pool can be described as a highlight. In the evening, for example, it allows a view of the mountains, which shimmer magnificently in the last sunlight. You can relax in the jacuzzi after a day of skiing. All in all, the Schlössl offers the guest practically everything, we were completely satisfied. I haven't written anything about the bar or the nice lounge :) Thank you very much, we will be happy to recommend you. Just one more point about the booking: we tended to book early and were told at the time that only Sat-Sat could be booked. Apparently, this guideline will be relaxed somewhat at a later date, which we also understand in principle. Still, it's a pity if early/loyal customers are somewhat restricted as a result.
