I loved the location, i can walk to Myeongdong or Insadong, as well as Gyeongbokgung. Cheonggyecheon is nearby too. Basically most of the famous spots in Seoul are pretty accessible from here. Super near Jongno 3-ga station which is on line 1 and line 5. The only thing is you have to walk through some alleys to find the hotel. Solo female travellers might want to avoid going back late (but their check in time is 9pm). And everything is in Korean, fyi. I speak Korean so i had no problems. The room was pretty spacious and the cleanliness was okay for me. Really good price considering it's a private room with a private bathroom. It's really a couple's room, bathroom only has a glass door and nowhere to hang your towels or clothes. And lastly, i think it's actually a love hotel, their tv has a special channel, lol.

The hotel is good location and very reasonable price
The room was a bit small but it's OK 
The staff was not understanding or speaking in English
Around the hotel locations, there are too many shop

The room is a bit dirty, there are no robes, the room area is a bit small but it's near the train station so it's less moving, and for the price it's okay.

The room is clean. But walk a little far from the BTS, easy to find things to eat, crowded with people. The disadvantage is that the room is not very soundproof. The air conditioner is not very cool.

Overall, I'm satisfied. I think it's not too far off. It's OK to walk to Myeongdong. There's a couple's bathtub, which is shocking.
