Stayed 2 nights for a layover. I was a little worried about the fact that it was considerably cheaper than other hotels and that the check-in time was 11:00 PM, but I thought it might be a problem with the location, so I made a reservation. When I arrived around the hotel, there were only love hotels around, so I didn't think it was possible, but when I checked in, the front desk told me that I would need to check out once during the second day, so I decided to check out here as well. I realized that it was the same kind of hotel. I was told that I could continue to use the room if I paid an additional 60,000 won, so I did so. Later, I told the reservation site trip.com about the situation, and it was added, so there was almost no additional burden. The room was hard to say clean, it was dusty, and when I turned on the air purifier, the smell of cigarettes got worse. To be honest, I couldn't relax in the room at all. The towels also felt old. At the time of booking, it seemed like it was just a typical hotel, so I thought it would be necessary to clearly describe the form and system of the hotel. I have the impression that the front desk staff were very kind to me, explaining the hotel system until I was able to understand it. Trip.com's response was accurate and quick.
