The room is big n spacious. But no wardrobe, no curtain in the bathroom , buy still ok for me. But bed is too hard to sleep!

Lex is in an amazing location. Staff are friendly and the rooms are really comfortable and clean.
There's a small issue of the clubs in the basement that are quite loud and reverberate through the building until about 7am. I was on the 7th floor and could still hear the bass a bit. The staff and listings were very clear about this issue before check in and I'm a pretty deep sleeper, so it's not a problem for be. If you're a light sleeper, maybe the 10th floor or higher would be better... Maybe...

It was a good experience! The pictures are the same as the real thing. The sheets in the room are clean, and the basic facilities are complete, including hair dryer, kettle and refrigerator! In particular, the short-haired lady at the front desk provided excellent service. I didn't want to go downstairs at night, so I called the front desk to ask if I could order food. She said she would order for me and ran to the room on the ninth floor with her phone so that I could order food on the web page. I will stay in this hotel next time I go to Korea

It's easily accessible from the airport (Incheon) and close to the subway station.
I think it's in a great location.
The front desk staff were fluent in English and very helpful.
They were honest about the noise risks from the nightclub and construction, and provided earplugs (although it didn't bother me at all).
I have no complaints about the facilities.
I'd definitely use it again.

There are no problems with the location, room layout, or cleanliness, so it's very comfortable!
There is noise from the club directly below, and construction work is currently underway on the 2nd and 3rd floors during the day, so if you are sensitive to noise, I recommend avoiding this hotel.
For those who don't mind this at all, I highly recommend this hotel.
