The hotel location, facilities, and outdoor landscaping are fantastic. The breakfast buffet was high quality (with a high price to match); The rooms are comfortable though nothing to rave about. Two areas for improvement: 1. The hotel service is not catered towards foreigners; The front desk and kids island staff, as well as information pamphlet are limited mainly to Korea. The check in counter knew I had two young children with me, but did not mention that we had to pre-book / reserve activities with the kids island. By the time I found out, everything was full and my children could not participate in anything. 2. The hotel pool has a safety policy where children under 1.3M need an adult to accompany them, and if under 1.2M need to wear a life vest. This doesn't make sense for parents (to accompany them) or children who can already swim.

I stayed here during my trip to Jeju because I heard that it was a good place to visit with babies. It's really perfect to come with babies. There are a variety of programs, good walking trails, and on the 3rd floor, all the strollers are parked in front of the rooms, proving that a lot of babies come here. Haha Next I'll come again!

The Shilla Hotel is worthy of being the most famous among 5-star hotels! The facilities are old, but the service makes up for it. Sumbi Garden is great for a walk, and the swimming pool is separate for children and adults. There is a jacuzzi and a Finnish sauna to preserve body temperature, but the jacuzzi temperature is 42 to 43 degrees, so it is hot. If you find the jacuzzi hot, we recommend the jacuzzi at the entrance to the outdoor pool. It's less hot there. And I definitely recommend eating Jjamppong at the poolside bar. Jjambbong of life!

Shilla Hotel is a place I want to come back to again after eating, playing, and taking pictures at the hotel. I highly recommend it~ In particular, the chadol jjamppong was amazing, and I ordered chicken for a late-night snack, so I finished the chicken and beer.

There are 2 or 3 220v power supplies in the room, which is enough for a family. The hotel has a turndown service, and usually there are two at a time. The service is very attentive, and the children are thoughtfully given small gifts. The hotel has two indoor and outdoor constant-temperature swimming pools. The two swimming pools are connected, so you can play freely. The swimming pool has a separate changing room. Bathrobes and slippers are arranged according to adults and children, and can be taken freely, which is very convenient. The bathroom heater yyds is on the lounge chair by the pool. It is really comfortable to lie on the lounge chair and watch the children. The food at the pool bar is enough for friends who want to stay in the pool instead of going out to eat. You only need to press the service button next to the lounge chair, and the long-legged oppa will appear in front of you to complete a series of operations for ordering food. After finishing the meal on the spot, they will take it away decisively. As for the taste, I think it is more delicious than many things I have eaten in Jeju Island. Maybe it is because I soaked in it all afternoon. After eating in the swimming pool, the hotel gym, children's playground, game room, and lobby bar are all good places to relax. From the hotel garden, you can also go down to Jungmun Beach via the plank road. Unfortunately, we just finished climbing Halla Mountain this time and did not go down. I feel like the time I stayed in Silla passed very quickly, and it will be another time to think about it during my next trip to Jeju. One more thing, the Shilla Hotel is probably the only Chanel store in Jeju Island. I remember that both Lotte and Shilla duty-free stores do not carry Chanel. The indoor pool opened at 6:30, so it was great to use in the early morning. The nightly performance at the outdoor swimming pool was also good. I was satisfied because there was ice cream and a variety of salads for breakfast. It is recommended as the walking trails are well-organized and various experience programs are offered for guests.

It was on the first floor, so the garden view was a bit disappointing, but the service was friendly. Although it was old, it was well maintained, so it was comfortable and clean. The heated pool that can be used all year round was also really nice.

I had the happiest time at the best hotel. The accommodation was clean, the location was excellent, and the service was very satisfactory. It was a very satisfying trip.

I went on a private trip to Jeju Island with my daughter and had a meaningful trip with a clean and comfortable hotel room and friendly staff. The swimming pool and warm jacuzzi were nice, and the seafood jjamppong I ate at the pool was also very delicious. The breakfast was also great~~I want to keep staying at Shilla Hotel when I travel to Jeju~^^
